Mississippi National Highlands Course - Monday
Course is visually wonderful, on the bluffs overlooking the river. Some unique holes that are not overly quirky. Can't walk this course. Very hilly. Fairways & Greens in Very good shape. A little bit of a shame that they have removed a number of trees. Maybe from storms or disease. Tee boxes could a lil better maintained. A bargain price on GolfNow.

They have 2 courses, Lowland and Highland. Both were great. If you have the chance play both. Tees, fairways, and greens are in excellent condition.
Great course - bring a cooler
Great course that requires strategic tee shot placement for guarded doglegs. Course was in very good shape; only complaint is lack of drink service on the course and empty coolers at water stations. Wish I would have brought a cooler but had a great time overall.
Great courses outside the city
I enjoy playing here a few times a year, with two 18 holes sets, you can spend a day here and play 36 and enjoy the lunch and good drink prices. Fair elevation changes, greens are true and in great shape. It's also not overly packed, 18holes is usually played in 3 hrs for a 2 some on a cart.
Just opened from long winter.
The lowlands course is in very good condition starting the spring season.
Wonderful day for golf
Weather was perfect. We played in 3.5 hours, and course was in excellent shape!
Big Cup Challenge was a Joke
$100 per player - no amenities, no refreshments or meal and the prizes were leftovers from the bar and clubhouse.
Waste of money!

My favorite part of the Mississippi highlands is the feeling of being alone out there. Just you, your golf mates and Mother Nature!

Golf in the woods. Great use of the terrain for an interesting layout.
