fall outing
The course was great and the staff great. The greens were a bit challenging with recently being aerated. The weather was fabulous.

Nice course albeit aerated.
Nice track but it was recently aerated and they didn’t notify us. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our round.

Nice track but just aerated
Very nice layout, tee boxes and fairways were fair, but the greens were recently aerated and sanded. So, we invoked the 2 putt rule. It was the only fair way to play since the ball just wouldn't roll true. In spite of that, we enjoyed the round b/c we received a good rate to play.

Good value and fair
Kind of a last minute choice to go to Wabasha. I ended up playing alone. I got around in under 2 and a half hours.
The price was very reasonable and the course was in decent shape and fair to me (a bogey golfer).

Pace of play was slow due to a tournament of some kind. Players were all over the place looking for balls.
stopped int he clubhouse at the turn around noon and there were not hotdogs left. IT WAS LINCH TIME and no food for purchase

Smallest Tee Boxes Ever
What is memorable about a round of golf? Perhaps it was a great shot, or a funny shot. Perhaps it was crowded or the bar at the turn made a mean Harvey Wallbanger. For Coffee Mill it was the width of the teeing area. A few of them were so close together i felt like i was teeing off in a closet. It did not really make any difference to my game...just a bit odd. The course was in pretty good shape, the layout was nice with a variety of holes and there were a couple views that were memorable. We had fun.

Great course! Great views, had a wonderful round and stayed for their dinner specials too!we had eaten at the Bluffs
We had eaten at the Bluffs last year before the Spring Creek MX Nationals. Great food, spectacular views, and the course look like a challenge for sure. So at that time we decided to make a Friday of it doing 18 holes so we could see the whole course and then taking in another fine meal. It will be an annual event for us and sounds like the group will be larger next year. Wabasha has a very fine venue here. The service and the staff work like they own the place.

Great shape
Fun course and in great shape. Not a lot of character but still fun to play. Nobody on the course at 9 am on a Friday.

Wonderful Improvements !
I hadn’t played Coffee Mill for many years and was absolutely thrilled to see the great improvements they’ve made to the old 9 hole tract. This is now an exceptional 18 hole course ! They kept some of the old great holes & the new ones are wonderful. The course is hilly but not so that good shots end up unfairly in bad positions. Also, the hilltop location gives you some spectacular views. The course is in great condition. The grass is lush & the greens great. There are some water ponds in play which enhance the quality of the course. The new clubhouse is fabulous & the staff super friendly. Go play this course & have fun !
