Beautiful old established course. I highly recommend it!

Course conditions were good, just a couple areas had some issues but not many. Greens played true and were receptive, all in all a very pleasant round.

Haven’t played here in about 3 years and course was in great shape and price was fantastic. Will definitely be back shortly.

Rain the previous few days made it a challenge for superintendent and staff but did not take away from a great day on the course. Customer service is second to none. I will return.

The whole experience today was excellent from arrival to departure. The staff was excellent along with the course condition, pace of play, and cart.

Course is in very good shape with greens that hold. More challenging than it appears on the card. Course plays long with elevated greens and varying terrain.Friendly staff inside and out! You will enjoy playing this course.

This course has improved tremendously with the acquisition of a new superintendent. He and his crew build 2 new tee boxes, cut several trees, put in new electrical lines to the sprinkler system house, manicured the course, redid the drainage area on hole #1-put in new sod across the fairway-much better as this area always seemed wet, in the process of redoing 2 more tee boxes, and worked on getting the fairway grass back in good shape. This course drains faster than any in the lake area so it is always ready for play. All of this has just been done this spring and summer.

The staff are always eager to meet golfers needs whether it is with new equipment or tee times. The Pro Shop has great variety of stylish clothing for men and women.The cart people are excellent in meeting you at the car or helping golfers getting things loaded up. The Greenside staff service great food with a great smile.

Lake Valley has a wonderful incentitive for membership right now. Give them a call and they will tell you all about it.

For the price we paid ($27.00), I'm not sure we could ask for much more.

It is a fun, yet challenging layout. Even though it provides an appropriate challenge for a skilled golfer, it is still playable for a less experienced player.

Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and we were even offered the opportunity to tee off earlier than our tee time to get out in front of a couple of foursomes (we were a two ball).

I'm going to try and get some buddies up there this fall. You guys got 3" of rain in 3 hours the night before and the course looked like it had sustained some minor flooding. Your grounds crew did a great job getting it cleaned up for play. Even tho it was cart paths only, the course was in great shape and very playable. Thanks for a wonderful memory.

Rough was a little too tall! Spent a lot of time looking for balls just off the fairway.

You would think in may that fairways would be greening up etc but many times my ball Was in between a blade of grass one inch apart. Groundskeeper needs to work at it better

I have played here previously and expected the course to be in much better shape. It appeared like they had heavy rain in the previous 24 hrs as there were dead grass lines throughout the course, the bunkers were either full of water or unplayable mud, the tee boxes were generally poor, (don't think weather related) and fairways had large areas of dead grass or were bare.

The staff were outstanding as usual and the pace of play was very comfortable. We will go back because of this but will wait in hopes the conditions improve significantly.

Greens were in excellent condition for this early in season. Bermuda fairways were obviously still dormant, creating lies that were extremely thin. In a few weeks, it will be back to its usual excellent condition. Excellent service from staff, good 19th hole. Will return-

Very nice. Course in good Fall condition. Had to dodge grounds crew who did'nt want to yield to let us through on the first couple of holes as they were preparing for a tournament. T-boxes were re-seeded and need a manicure but understand the reason why.

All said, we will be back again to play. Pro shop people were great and got us out earlier than scheduled t-time. Have played Oaks at Tan-Tar-A and will come here before going back there. Great off the beaten path course.

Lake Valley should be on your list to play when you are at Lake of Ozarks. The course is in very good condition. Elevation changes makes the course play longer than the yardage. I'll play it again and again.

The course was in very good condition when we played. Found the course to be forgiving but yet challenging. Overall a very good value and I will play there again.

One thing that would help those unfamiliar with the course would be to post distance to water hazards from the tee.

Course in excellent condition. Lots of elevation changes not easy but very playable with generous fairways. Pick the right tee box and have fun.
