We had a nice round. Course is in good shape and is a decent challenge. Marshall was bit over the top, but I kinda get it. Good day and value.
Fun course, grumpy staff
The course was in wonderful shape and the pace of play was perfect on a Sunday morning. That's the good news.
When we arrived to pay 15 minutes early, I asked if we were next on the tee, his response was, "we were unless the group with the later team got on the tee first". He didn't want to penalize them for being on time. I asked if we were late and confirmed our tee time, he shrugged.
We asked if they would have the "shack" open for food/drink at the turn. He said no, but that we could come into the clubhouse. When we came in at the turn, no food, only snacks. It was "to early" at almost 10 for hotdogs. He acted like we were interrupting his time with every word
This is a typical tee time for me, most courses have at least hot dogs ready to go.
Treat your customers better guys! I shouldn't feel like I am an inconvenience to you by playing your course.
Best value in town
I play incline more times than not around Wentzville. They typically have good prices and the course is in good shape. $20 on a Tuesday afternoon is good stuff.
Your rates were higher than the standard rate by $4.00 four seniors.
Best in the Area
I've already played close to 20 round this year, mostly in the Chesterfield/St. Charles county/Wentzville area. This is the best public course you'll find for the money. Main reason I say this is the greens are in fantastic shape compared to anywhere else I've played this year. It's a short course but there are elevation changes, doglegs, tight fairway, and hazards that can easily penalize poor shots. However if your game is on you can shoot LOW. I would say the current price definitely meets the conditions. Place of play is right as well. Highly recommend.
Good value for a good quality product.
A relatively short course with plenty of challenges. Plays good for all skill levels.
Horrible
Booked online for 2 players. When we got there the employee insisted we pair up with other players. We declined and the employee was very insist that we were required to pair up. We didn't pay to play with others, we wanted to just play by ourselves. We ended up leaving without playing.
Mucho aqua
Great track, although its very tight between most fairways, if you hit left or right chances of finding your ball are pretty good...greens are friendly. Maybe a marshal could control the foursome that snuck in on the back nine in front of our twosome and refused to let us play through, otherwise great place to play...VERY SCENIC!!! Lots of water play also
Very nice course
Play from the middle and you can score well out here. There is lots of trouble, but if you're careful, you will enjoy yourself.
very nice course
Played on a very nice day in november, finished the front 9 in less than 2 hours, back nine a couple of players let us play thru and finished it in less than 2 hours also. enjoyed the course.
