Beutiful course
Incline is my go to course. Love the layout. Play the front nine up on top with the trees breaking the wind and the back nine in the valley next to the Lake with the wind blowing off the lake. #11 is a short par 3 right off the lake and if you catch it on a calm day easy birdie but if you catch it on a windy day well you better get used to playing from the drop zone. The staff is GREAT and really treat you right.
Good value this time of year
Nabbed a hot deal from Golf Now so the value was super excellent. This course is a fun course to play. Several have challenging water placements. A few blind shots.
Course conditions were excellent for this time of the year. Fairways are still brown, but playable, good turf. Greens were in excellent condition. A lot of dew when we started and rolling slow.
Course in general seemed to have had a lot of rain lately. A few soggy spots and very little fairway roll.
I'm being a little critical because I didn't really notice this much while playing; it was such a nice day.
I highly recommend this course .
Excellent
Great course, excellent condition for mid February
really good conditions
maintenance is excellent.
Beautiful Fall Sunday
It was a beautiful Sunday Morning. Perfect weather. The views are awesome at this place. A great mixture or grass and water holes. Course was in pretty good shape considering the time of year. The grass was a bit long. The greens were "fluffy" and pretty quick but the divot fixing enforcement is almost non existent. I spent a lot of time fixing other people's problems just because it bothers me that they didn't. The pace of play was also really slow. We (a twosome) started at 11 and finished at 3:50. the threesome in front of us were either terrible golfers (no one was in front of them) or they just likes taking their time. Had the weather not been so nice, the slow play might have ruined the day. There also were 2 golf cart incidents. A couple of groups on random holes had there carts die mid round and the marshal had to tow a fresh one out. Not that big of a deal. Mildly entertaining. All-in-all, a pretty solid day.
Fun day and great weather
Course is in very good shape. Very challenging layout. Greens are in very good shape and moderately fast. Making the turn at 9, we had a group of 4 "older" gentlemen jump in front of our twosome. Very annoying. there is no marshal nor any sense of when to start on the front or back 9. You are on your own when starting.
All in all it was a fun day and weather could not have been better.
Good Value
Good course for the money - enjoyed the experience.
Rough around the edges
The greens had been aerated about 3 weeks ago and were coming in nicely but still a bit bumpy. Firm but slow as well. The fringe around most greens needed trimmed and the tee boxes need lots of TLC. Very uneven and in desperate need of a mow. Pace of play was great for the most part as we teed off with nobody behind or in front of us. Took about 3:30 to play 18. Not sure how much property is available for them to expand but course could use a driving range, they only have a putting green right now.
Great experience
The course is in great condition and has a nice variety of difficulty
Almost Winter Golf
Caught a nice day in December & played with a friend. Course was in pretty good shape for Dec & we played in just over 3 hrs!
Fun course
Course was in great shape even after receiving 4 inches of ran 2 days prior. Always a fun course that places a premium on ball placement over length.
Nice course
The course naturally was very dry but greens and tee boxes were in pretty good shape.
A Great Little Cousre Outside Wentzville
First time out to the course. What a great surprise. Well kept with some well designed holes. Greens were in great shape and consistent. Fairways were well maintained. 4 hours to complete 18. I have nothing bad to say about this round of golf!
About the course: It was short, only 6000 yards. Fairways were narrow, but there was enough room for small mistakes. There were larger greens on the front 9. They got much smaller on the back.
Overall, a very scenic course.
scenic
very attractive course and well maintained. Nice rolling hills and lakes. Friendly staff
Great course for the price.
Played this course for the first time and enjoyed the challenges it presented. Course is not overly long, I played the tips at 6008 yards but is one that presents many challenges from fairways to blind shots. Loved it.
