Many improvements
Like the course people . Price getting little to high. # 11 hole is the worst hole on course hoping they turn it into par 4. It slope so bad from right to left everything you hit in left rough or get out you tree wood and play the other side with the tree line. Other than that play the course.
Good course with excellent value
Played 18 holes for $12 with their hot deals tee time! I had not played this course is a while, so I was not expecting much at that price. Turns out I was wrong! The greens and tee boxes were excellent, the carts were newer, and the pace of play was great for a good Sunday afternoon. The only con to this course is a handful of fairways are bad grass and very spotty and the course layout is silly because a handful of fairways showcase the hills and slope of the course making it impossible to keep the ball in the fairway. I am not a big fan of hitting the ball perfect off the tee box and being 10 yards left or right in the rough because the fairway is sloped straight sideways. Overall the course is a great value especially if you can catch the hot deals tee time, and I will probably check it out again.
Old public course going through modernization
Oak Hills has a very challenging layout but very slow greens. Some greens have been updated are are ok, but the older ones are bad and crown. Some even have bare spot where grass does not grow. Tee boxes are always in great shape. Love the practice areas.
