Great course, very windy, good conditions considering its the off season, it will be beautiful come May
January Play
Nice 55° day in early January in Lee's Summit.
I like the course. I didn't like how they forced.us to pair up with another pair which slowed our pace of play way down.
beautiful course
played here a couple weeks in a row now. By far one of the best courses i have played at in kansas city.
course was in great condition except for the greens which were just plugged. for some reason it would get backed up on the back 9 both weeks we played and added a lot of waiting time. I plan to keep playing here! great course layout.
Poor management
This is a good course,, it’s the management that’s poor. This is the second time now I’ve booked a tee time and had a tournament to contend with as well as the college kids. Put something on the web site warming of this, I don’t want the follow a girls tournament waiting on each tee box for 10 minutes…if I can find other courses won’t be back
Arbanas plugged greens
I know its that time of the year and aeration needs to be done, but I can't stand it when courses don't give you a heads up that they just plugged the greens... irritates me even more when they have the nerve to charge full weekend rates to play on them. Otherwise course is very good shape.
Great Day of golf at Fred Arbanas GC
The Course is great shape. The staff has always been great when I have been out there. Our group comes from the Northland and it's always worth the short drive.
Really like the layout and how it makes you work the ball off the tee... its fair in that it takes some things away and then gives some angles back. Risk to reward is well played at this course. Fairways have quite a few jumps bumps and slopes so it will test you almost every step of the way. Seems like there's always some soggy/muddy spots throughout the course and that's the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Practice facilities are great imo. Staff has always been good to me
