PohlCat Golf Course

Golfed here for the first time brought my son and wife. The staff was very friendly. The course was in great shape,pace of play was not a problem we didn't run into anyone once we got started. I definitely would recommend playing this course.

Love playing this course whenever we head to Michigan. Greens putt true and has some challenging holes.

For me it was a bit tight but definitely playable. I wish i could have used driver more. With that said just play smart and enjoy the course from the fairway!

this course plays long. It is well maintained with a nice clubhouse. It's a continuous 18 so they have a very efficient food and beverage cart for your convenience.

Pohlcat was, as always, excellent! I recommend this course to anyone who wants to play a challenging, super-well maintained course.

Had a nice afternoon didn't have a problem with being held up. The course was a little wet but all in all it was nice to break 90 early in the year and get a jump start.

My boyfriend and I played 18 holes, our last time for the season. We were very pleased with the course, staff and the weather! AND the deal was fabulous - $20 per person including cart. I look forward to playing the Pohlcat again in 2015!

Played for the first time. Lovely course with a river running around various holes on the course. It was very wet and the ball got little carry on the fairways. The staff had excellent customer service skills. I will be back for sure. Might be fun to do a stay and play with the casino only a short distance away.

First two holes are very challenging and force you to prepare quickly. Also, have extra balls since a few holes are tight and tree lined. Good overall mix of water and sand hazards as well as tall grass roughs and tree lined fairways.

A great blend of open and wooded holes. Challenging greens.

If you live in Michigan and have not played this course you are missing out on a great challenging course. Nice wide fairways and large fast greens.

Had heard a lot about this course so was excited to get the opportunity to play here over the summer. I thought pace of play was on the slow side. Was also disappointed in the number of unrepaired divots in the fairways. Interestingly, we saw no sign of where divots went. Just found deep gouges. Sad. Did enjoy the course layout.

Most difficult course played. Tight greens, difficult to read, and very hard ground. If you want a challenge this course is it.

Great layout with some tight holes greens are great and just fast enough. Play was a little slow but they did have a ranger out on the course. The price was excellent for the great quality of the course.

Wonderful course, but very tough the first time you play it. I lost plenty of balls, but also found others. When I play it a second time, I'll be able to judge yardage to the hazards a little better. Some of the men's tee boxes have markers showing distance to the water, but none on the ladies tees. Greens are quite fast, but fair and hold well.

Excellent service from staff. Great food. I was surprised at how poorly the front 9 fairway was maintained.
