Copper Hills Golf Club - Jungle Course

This is just a horribly maintained course. The roughs severely need a cut; if you go on the rough you will not find your ball. The fairways too are muddy and mushy - so a ball hit on the fairway may disappear below the mud and crap.

A good challenging course which would have been fun to play had it been maintained properly but alas it is not !

We seriously thought of going to the pro-shop at the end of the round to ask for money back. What a waste of time and money.....

I would not recommend this course to anyone.

The course should have not opened or not charge full rate for crappy conditions, course way to wet for play

Found this course on golf now. Never played nor heard of it before. Got to the course and was very impressed with the layout and overall quality of the course!

One of the only courses in the county in my opinion that spends more time and money into the course itself rather than a pro shop filled with useless stuff or luxury amenities. This course is for the real golfer, no better course and no better views. I play here every chance I get.

Nice corse. We played the Hills. Many blind shots but not unfair.

Today I played Copper Hills for the third time, and I have now officially played all 3 nine-hole courses. It is all well maintained, and mixes difficult holes with good scoring holes. The Marsh course is the easiest, large fairways, not a lot of water, and few bunkers, but it does have some hard holes. The intermediate-hard difficulty is the Hill course, lots of blind shots, sharp fairway turns, and a really challenging final hole. The hardest course around the Oxford area in my opinion is the Jungle course, lots of tough shots over water and lots of trouble if you are off the fairways.

Fun course but definitely needed more time to thaw/dry out. Standing water in fairways and soggy teeboxes. Still had fun and can’t expect too much from a course this early in the season. Probably will be perfect by mid may

We had an absolute fantastic time. Course was in excellent shape, no delays and friendly staff. Course was challenging, but very fair. The more you play it, the better you become. Playing this, makes other courses easier to play. Fantastic views (wild life, elevations, water, etc..) Also gave us the option to play either The Hill, Jungle, or Marsh. A must play!!

Difficult course but very beautiful. Not for beginners. Cart not in good repair.

Purchased a Hot deal, so the price was right. I haven't played the course in several years, not sure what to expect. The day was perfect. We started on the Marsh that begins with a Par 3. Not too bad eh ! The Marsh is a great 9 hole course, with many challenges, Good shape, fair greens. We were then sent off to the Hills. Another great nine holes. The greens were fair to us, you could stick a shot. The staff friendly and helpful. Recommended for a test of skill.

I hadn't played here in about 15 years, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was pretty much what I'd remembered. The "clubhouse" is still a trailer. The three 9-hole courses are still what I remembered. On this outing we played the Hills and the Marsh. We had a fairly early tee time and only waited on the threesome ahead of us a few times. The course was in great shape. The greens are fairly quick, but are true.

Surprisingly uncrowded for a Saturday Noon. Staff was friendly but women will want to know that there was no on course restroom, although we were told there was one for the 27 holes there.

The bunkers were absent any playable sand, a couple had exposed drain pipes. Worst I have ever seen. Thankfully, I only found myself in one or two.
