Rattle Run Golf Course

Great time. Water was standing because of the rain but was a blast

For $65 for a Holiday weekend this course is unbeatable! It blows every course in Macomb county out of the water for $65! I would put these course conditions up there with the best! The Orchards, Shepards Hollow, Pine Knob, Paint Creek Country Club.... I could go on but none of these courses previously mentioned have better tee box conditions! I couldn't believe the tee box conditions Rattle Run had, their not all perfectly crowned, you still need to pay attention where you tee it up but the par 3 tee boxes were PURE! Their greens rolled great and quick. Fairways were perfect, rough a bit longer then expected, but it made it that much better! The only negative I can think of is the beverage cart does not take card, cash only; which is very standard. I will for sure be back sooner then later.

Great track/layout and really playing in nice condition.

The only good staff member was the young man in the pro shop. Three hours for nine holes , ranger drove around and did nothing, when told that one tee time was holding up the whole course. We watch that group not be able to hit the ball. Also walk into the restaurant at 330 to find that the grill was off and the chairs were on the tables they were closing with over one players on the course. The course has a lot of raised greens and bind shots into greens. No thanks never again.

Very well kept course and they are always making improvements to continue to make it better. Staff is awesome and make it easy to continue to come back! This is my local course and I prefer to play this course over the other local courses.

Lots of elevation changes and course is in great condition. Up north feel down south. Highly recommend!

The best course around for the money. You can tell they care about the course and are always improving. Great layout. Difficult but fun.

Rude guy working told us only the back nine was available to play. Back nine had multiple holes with large areas of standing water. Was too late to switch courses and get 18 in before everyone had to get to work. Need better communication between golf now and the courses. Also, need a better way of letting players know about things like this. Earlier this summer we had two courses closed in the same day, meanwhile both courses had tee times available on golf now

Challenging course. Has come a long way and seems to get better every year. Great value, especially twilight and weekday rates compared to other courses in the area. The condition of the course is a step above anything else around for anywhere near the rates they charge.

Great course and staff. Pace of play was great and didn't get the impression they were overbooked at all which is hard to find these days. Cart girl came around frenquently so it was very convenient unlike other courses I've been to. They also supply a cooler with your drinks vs giving you the usual bag of ice. A few of the tees were a extreme with divits but were filled with sand/seed repair.
