There was a wedding so we were asked to go into the clubhouse and wait a bit before we went off the back 9. We didn't mind as we were hungry. However, when we went inside, the staff person said they did not have anything to offer us because they had a wedding going on. There were several other people at the bar asking the same thing. She said she would normally have hot dogs but didn't put them on the roller. The sign in the lobby had specials, she said they were also unavailable.
Does the vargo company know what they are doing
This place was starting to come around slowly at the beginning of the year. The staff all seemed miserable this visit. I asked one who died and was told they brought back an old manager. Seems to make sense for this company. Things start getting better, let’s bring back someone from when it was awful. Not going to be giving them my money anymore. To many other good courses close by. If they don’t care about the product why should we as golfers care anymore.
Don’t like the “online only” reservation system. I don’t want to pay the service charge and couldn’t ask about senior rates.

I’ve played there multiple times and typically book the earliest tee time and every time I show up and have to wait 30 minutes until staff shows up. By the time I’m able to check in, things are typically already backed up (especially it being the summer where things have opened back up since COVID). Really good price, but it definitely shows the money you pay for with this course. Would not recommend.

Golf carts were dirty, on Father's Day?! Take a minute and hose off the mud and dirt. Cart paths are a disaster. There has been no attempt to level or fill dozens of potholes since opening in April.

Traps were hard and horrible. Cart paths were like bomb craters. Hadn’t played here in @ 8 years. The place has been let go

Course needs help
Cart paths were horrible, pot holes EVERTYWHERE, fairways could have been better kept and some of the greens were in bad shape.Seemed like the course was over booked, waited on EVERY hole.

Nice day but left a birthday present in the cart
Saturday at 936 am. Cart#10. The day was great. Sunny hot. Met two nice kids that we were grouped with. Pace was a little slow but ok. Course in good shape overall. BUT left my new gift, a garmin , clipped to the cart. Left a message and called but no reply yet. Hoping the cart kids come through for me. Not the best way to remember that round.
Pretty nice course
Due for a green cutting,but there was ran the night before. Despite slower greens,they rolled true. Course is green and lush. Glad 17th green is open!
Rougher shape this year
Play this course at least once a year. Very disappointed in course. Greens were slow and rough. Tee boxes long and shaggy. No ranger to keep pace. Very slow....

Even for the weekend, based on the course itself this course is not worth $50 weekend rate. Greens were shaggy, 17th hole still does not have a green, many tee boxes were overgrown, not mowed. Disappointed.

Not worth the money
Awful lack of maintenance. Terrible greens full of dead patches, tee boxes were a mess, uneven, overgrown,, and fairways were brown.

This course seems neglected layout is good t boxes poor grass and needs cutting. What was number 17 have the hole set up in the fairway in stead of the green. Regular price was 45 I paid 37. I would only play this again if it was like 22 or less
