Excellent value course!!
First time playing at Bay Hills today, and couldn't have been more pleased. Extremely friendly staff/owner, extremely friendly golfers/patrons, and a very nice and deceivingly challenging course. It isn't overly long on the scorecard....but with the hills and layout, plus some very difficult ridges on the greens, it plays quite tough (in a good way!)!
We definitely will be back sometime soon! I would recommend this course to any of my golf paying friends without question.
Tight Course
Fairways are very tight, not much room for error. Course was decently kept with a few parts with small damage. Greens are tough with lots of waves. Nice variety of terrain.
Beautiful Day
I played golf at Bay Hills today because nobody is allowed to play on Easter and I had Easter yesterday.. so no wait times the course was in excellent shape and I enjoyed it thoroughly.. also I had an incredibly Fair rate of $20 for 18 in a car.. couldn't really get much better.
Fun course, challenging
Course is in great shape. Only one hole on the back 9 needs a little work after the winter (14?)
Greens were great! You could stick the landing but not too slow either. Staff is friendly also.
Accuracy is a must at Bay Hills. Fairways are narrow and tree lined.
Nice Course
Long challenging course. Lots of oak trees surrounding every hole and hilly making it very picturesque. Very friendly staff.
Not bad for the little amount I spent
I play on a Sunday afternoon early in November so you would think the pace of play would’ve been faster but it was incredibly slow. There were leaves all over the place and it was not well-maintained. Unlevel tea boxes on most holes! Course made no effort to make the greens Half way cleaned up to putt on!! Sticks and leaves everywhere!
Bay Hills
The back 9 was closed for aeration so I had to play the front twice. Everyone on the front nine made the pace slow. In decent shape, challenging with lots of blind shots and irons off the tee.
Course shape good, some very poor pin placements
One pin placement was illegal as it was only about 4 feet on the front of a severe sloping green where you could not be below the hole unless you were off the green. Two other pins were questionable but the course was in great shape and the pace of play was awesome.
Great value for the money.
Horrible lay outs and design. Unnecessarily hilly and narrow at times. Also the tee boxes were in terrible condition.
Fun layout
great course, fun layout. Challenging greens but smooth and fair.
