Great course conveniently located off Route 93
Nicely kept. Kind of a sporadic layout (like they forced an extra 9 holes into an existing 9 hole course. Front 9 not available. Will go back when the whole course is available.
Early season surprise
Very good overall conditions and awesome greens, especially for this time of the year
NICE COURSE......
I have played the course several times since moving to Plymouth, NH last spring. After playing other courses within a 30 mile radius of Plymouth, this is the best I have found outside of Canterbury and Owl'sNest, but in these later years, LCC is a challenge, well maintained, and you do not need to drive the ball 275 yrs. To score.
But I do have a complaint regarding their web page.........I have received a few emails from the club over the winter and am taken to their web page that mentions the memberships available, but no pricing information.
On 3 occasions I have emailed the club requesting membership pricing information for myself and my wife, but have never received one reply. I not only find the poor business, but also rude. Perhaps it shouldn't bother me, but it does, especially when every other golf course web page provides this information....maybe this place isn't looking for new members.

Lochmere
This course was excellent! Well maintained and the greens were fast and in excellent shape. We played today it was windy but still real fun!
Top Notch Golf Course in Nh
Played here in the spring, summer and fall. Course conditions always impeccable. Staff very friendly. Greens are great and always true. Manacured fairways and tee boxes. Pace of play usually at a good rate. Vic is a real nice guy in the pro shop and always available to offer some advice on playing the course. A must play!
Great Course
What a great course. Beautiful views. Course was in great shape and the greens were perfect. Nice contours on the green putting a premium on accurate second shots.
Nice, lakes region course.
Fun course with an attractive layout. No holes the same. Greens in very good shape. The facility and off course amenities are dated.
Nice course...
Great design. Very good condition. Really nice collection of holes of various difficulty. Lots of evidence they're working to improve the few areas on course in tough condition.
Not a big fan of a 5 hour round of golf but other than slow group in front of us and no Marshall around to keep things moving along it was a great experience.
Decent driving range. Nice putting green.
Course for value
1st time, showers on and off all thru front 9.. wasnt allowed out for 2nd 9. Course had a great layout and the greenside restaraunt, which is on site was really good. No one was on the course so pace was great but a lot of the holes did not have cart paths. I would play again, fun layout at least the 9 i played, which was the back 9. Definitely a course where you get great value for what you pay and the course was in great shape, i cant wait to play again in dryer conditions. Also is you enjoy fall golf, this course would be great that time of year. Staff was genuinely friendly.
Beautiful Views
Excellent staff and beautiful course. Pace of play was wonderful. Love this course because of the views, the staff and the challenge of the course.
A Tale Of Two Nines
OK, I'll be honest - after the front nine I couldn't understand why everyone thought so highly of this course. The holes were packed tight together, it seemed as if everyone was either putting or teeing off within 20 yards of each other, and aside from a couple of character holes I didn't see much to get excited about.
But make the turn...
All of a sudden you're playing a secluded back nine with long par 4's and views and wonderfully manicured greens and all kinds of interesting holes and views and, well... I'm impressed.
Now, even though I found the front nine a bit lacking do not for a minute think the fairway to green conditioning was not first rate -it most certainly was (the tee boxes could use a bit of work, however). This is a course where you'll find an interesting mix of players, a cart person always at the ready, and some of the most hospitable staff you will ever encounter anywhere.
Give it a try.
Great course with a lot of character.
Was in best condition that I've ever seen a course that just opened for the season. Greens were healthy, pure and quick and fairways were very nice. Only downside was nearly all tee shots were plugging in fairways due to heavy rain the day before, but overall you couldn't ask for more. Great design and just the right mix of challenging and easy shots that will appear to a very wide range of golfers. Course has lots of character. Well done Lochmere.
