About
The standard 18-hole Green Tree Golf Course keeps in mind both skilled and inexperienced golfers. This public course has tight fairways lined with trees and greens of Rye Grass. The longest tees have a yardage of 5709, playing to a par of 70.
The golf course has three sets of teeboxes to provide an interesting game. There is also a driving range and practice green for beginners or those that would like some practice. The course is accessible from many major roads such as Routes 30 and 40 as well as the Atlantic City Expressway. The first shot is a difficult par-4 dogleg right that has water, bunkers, and heavy forest to look out for.

Much improved
Payed this course in June over the past ten years. Best shape since I’ve began playing. Greens were nice and putted true. Fairways are better. Kudos to the superintendent.
best this course has ever been
I have played this course about 3 times every year for the last 5 years. This most receant visit was by far the best. I played twilight for 29 dollars. The tee boxes were mostly great ( some still need some love ). The greens are always in great shape, and perhaps the most challenging part of the course. The fairways have never been better. In this neighborhood, I could have traveled just a few miles and have played nearly any other place in the same condition for 4 times the money and a much slower pace of play. Give this place a shot.

BEST IT'S EVER BEEN
I have played here 3 or 4 times every year for the last several years.
This is the best this course has ever been. Everything is at least good,,,if not very good. I paid 29 dollars for 18 twilight with a cart. In the same area are several courses that charge over 100 dollars for the same level of golf. NOW IS THE TIME TO PLAY THIS PLACE

Season Opening Round
Greens were in great shape! Some tee boxes and fairways needed some attention. For a county course with as much play as it gets...bargain at the shore for the price.

Fun country course.
Fun course. Can be play with all irons. A few short Par 4's and the only PAR 6 I have played. For the money great course to play 18 holes.

Great County Course
Great value. My friends and I love playing at Greentree. Some easy holes, some extremely challenging.

Don’t expect much
Nice staff and smooth check in process but course is short and not maintained well at all. Can’t argue with the price but would look elsewhere

In need of repairs
I know it is early in the season. Tee box and fairways were bare with grass. You tee off on spotted grass. Tee box have not been moved for the last time I k have play the course in February and it is the end of April.
They have been doing repairs to the rough and around the green. Course has been air rated on greens and fairways.
Hopeful come mid-May the course is worth the money to
Play.
I normally recommend this course to friend to play but after today! I am going to tell everyone to wait until end of May or beginning of June to play the course

It's a good place to work on your game
This cours is a great place to go to work on your game; or.. to bring your friends or kids.
You can play the whole course. The tee boxes are spread out so everyone can play. The greens are in good enough shape ( it's only April). The fairways are being taken care of, along with the tee boxes. By June this place will be doing fine. Later, go upstairs for a burger.
There is also a good driving range right next to the parking lot.

This place is a great place to have a good day out
I live in Maine,, but,, my family is in New Jersey....sooo, I play this place about twice each year. This is a great place for a family to come and play golf together and eat some good food.... or.. it's a great place to work on your game... there is a par 6 ! It can save or destroy your game. There are a few water hazards. They are placed in just the right playable locations ( and they are full of turtles). The greens are this places strong points. The tee boxes are being worked on ( but more important, they are well spread out so that everyone can play)
If you want to play on the manicured 100 dollar golf course,, this is not that course. If you want to spend a day playing golf and just having a nice day--this is the place. If you want to have a burger and not be worried about bringing your wife and kids... this is the perfect place

Short but Great little course in the cut!
Definitely alil hidden Gem to stay sharp when all the big boys are occupied! Course is deceptively long for a 5600yd Link. But Great all the way around pace was slow and a few holes individuals with no patience tried to jump ahead but...All in all a must play! Will definitely be back! Staffs Friendly. Free range balls! Definitely will be back atmosphere was great!

frost delay
Had a good time course was in. Good shape for this time of year had to wait 1hour for frost got to speak with course superintendent he was very nice gave us each a free ball for waiting would give it four stars out of 5

Great course to learn
Green Tree is my home course - it’s a great place to help improve your skills. Although it’s not a long course it does have its challenges: tight fairways, water gaps, and slight green adulations.
Overall anyone who plays here will have a great time - and this goes with saying their staff at both the clubhouse and bar are wonderful welcoming people.
