About
The standard 18-hole Green Tree Golf Course keeps in mind both skilled and inexperienced golfers. This public course has tight fairways lined with trees and greens of Rye Grass. The longest tees have a yardage of 5709, playing to a par of 70.
The golf course has three sets of teeboxes to provide an interesting game. There is also a driving range and practice green for beginners or those that would like some practice. The course is accessible from many major roads such as Routes 30 and 40 as well as the Atlantic City Expressway. The first shot is a difficult par-4 dogleg right that has water, bunkers, and heavy forest to look out for.

Not A Bad Place To Chase The Ball
First time playing in 2 years. Grew up playing at Green Tree from the time i was a little boy. Always like the layout. It’s a fun place to play. Greens were good but the fairways were pretty bad. If they had the money to fix it up a little more i think it would be a little gem of a place. Overall though, not gonna complain. The place is what it is and it’s been like that for years. I’ll be back 👌🏼

Good value - no frills - fun time
I got there early in the morning as was able to get out before the rush. I could see it starting to crowd up by the time I made the turn, but nothing too crazy. It’s a fun course if you are not all about the pomp and luxuries of a resort-style venue. If you are on vacation and looking to just get out and golf and go, it’s your kind of place.

Staff with no etiquette
Course was not in good condition. Staff was yelling across holes while we were teeing off. Played at 8am on a Friday and there was a backhoe iding for two holes. Woman cutting the grass had terrible attitude yelled at us for hitting near her while she was mowing the fairway rough. Would not recommend with current management.

Terrible
Where to begin? If you like hitting from the rough, this is your spot. If you like waiting on every hole, this is your spot. If you want to be put on hold to order lunch for 15 minutes and then get hung up on, your spot will be this one. Worst course I’ve ever played at. No service anywhere to be found.

Rather Not Play
Where do I begin… from the dark dingy clubhouse to the practice range … it sucked… period. I didn’t know the difference from fairway to rough .. it was all rough… sand, stones made up the fairways… guaranteed to tear up your clubs… one and done and I regret every second of it… save your $$ go out to dinner instead.

Improvements are consistently being made on this course and it's starting to show some good signs. Greens are in great shape for this early in the season so hopefully they can keep them that way. If you are hungry, Mac's Sports Pub has excellent food, and make sure you try the fries! We will definitely play here again!

A lot of dog legs
The first hole par 5 dogleg right, maybe 210 to dogleg. then a par 6 third with ponds, creeks narrow fairways and fescue, small greens. The approaches have to be accurate or run off into ponds.
