Very good
Course is in excellent shape as it has been for the past five or so years since New Management took over. Pace of play was excellent albeit was December. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Outstanding local course, kudos to the management and all the workers. A cold brew and a great hot dog are available for the 9th or the 19th hole.
Fun track
Really fun round. Not cookie cutter.
Length doesn't always mean better. Don't miss.
18th is one of the best finishing holes in the state
The course lacked maintenance
Grass not cut, greens had aerated holes, tee boxes uneven.
Excellent course!
Played twice in the last couple of weeks. Course is in excellent condition from tee to green. Staff members are friendly and happy! Must be a great place to work! Of the three close courses, Hanover is in the best condition. Gamblers and Cream Ridge are very good but this one beats them overall.
Great conditions!
Pace of play was excellent. Course was in great condition from tee box to the greens. Staff members were attentive, as well as accommodating.
Underrated Course
Hanover always offers a good value. Fairways are usually in good condition; greens always in excellent condition. Back nine considerable more challenging than front nine. Used Rewards to get rate reported.
Good Value
The course was in good shape and except for a double and a single who did not want to join up, it was a good round. We did wait some but finished in around 4 hrs.
The rough is....
If you are not in the fairway — big trouble. The rough is thick and deep.
Time spent looking for the ball is frustrating.
The course overall is in ok shape.
Some greens have tiny weeds in spots.
If you are above the hole, trouble. Downhill putts are brutal.
Check in was great, the starter was terrific. The rangers were also outstanding.
First time playing this course, it’s getting late in the season.
Maybe next year we will give it another try
