About
Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park offers a casual and enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. For more of a challenge, golfers can try the blue tees while the white and the red tees are more forgiving of errant shots. The course sprawls across mostly flat terrain but there are a few subtly elevated greens to contend with. The layout is situated amidst native wetlands, which come into play on many of the holes. The back nine is more challenging than the front, with the toughest hole being the par-5 13th. At 455 yards, it's not a long hole but there are two large fairway bunkers and an elevated green that is surrounded by even more sand. The best view on the golf course can also be enjoyed from the middle of the green on this hole.

Half Way Decent Course
I took my son here bc his camp plays the course in August. First off, everyone was pretty friendly; from the Pro Shop, ranger and cart girl. The pace of play was a bit slow, but I don't blame the course per se, the guys in front of us had no clue how to play. Their etiquette was terrible. Also it was cart path only due to the storm the night prior. There were a couple tricky holes here surprisingly. A good course for a Summer afternoon Tuesday.
Slow play on weekend evenings
The course is not bad, the layout is actually fun. Ground is hard. The only issue is on the weekends around 4-5 when they sell the cheaper tee times, the pace of play is terrible. I played 9 holes in 2.5 hours on a Sunday evening. Overall, would play again, just be prepared to do some waiting around.

Bad Shape
Blues were not in good shape. Dry patches all over the course. Pace was slow on the front then sped up on the back. Unnecessarily difficult course due to the state it was in. Won’t be on my list to return to anytime soon.

Fun course to play!
Getting there tough since main roads are closed.
Move fast and the people that run the golf course are friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.

This course was good in many capacities
The course has a good amount of challenging holes, and was great fun. Course layout was just very repetitive and had maybe a bit to many ponds

Great course
Definitely worth the money. Only reason the pace of play was so slow was the group of 3 people walking 2 tee times ahead of us that would only hit 200 yard drives but act like every hole they were driving the green and wait for the tee time ahead of them to be teeing off on the next hole

Getting better
Have played here off and on for 10 years
Lots of changes all to the good
Some holes are quirky and just suck
Otherwise pace of play was fine and greens were really slow but in good condition.
Actual sand in bunkers.
Only problem was twosome behind us hitting into us three times
But that can happen anywhere
And you won’t see them in the future

Good Course
Played with a friend who said the course used to be in rough conditions a couple years back but has improved. I was happy to see the conditions of the greens and most of the fairways. Some fairways under repair. I understand it may have not rained enough recently but having sprinklers on in the middle of two of the fairways during our round wasn’t ideal. All in all I would play here again for sure.

Short track but fun
None of the holes are the distance they say - many are much shorter. For example, I had 100 yards in on a par 5 that was over 500 yards. But, the greens protect that decently well. The greens are slow but in good shape. Have fun with it, great value course and an easy drive.
