About
Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park offers a casual and enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. For more of a challenge, golfers can try the blue tees while the white and the red tees are more forgiving of errant shots. The course sprawls across mostly flat terrain but there are a few subtly elevated greens to contend with. The layout is situated amidst native wetlands, which come into play on many of the holes. The back nine is more challenging than the front, with the toughest hole being the par-5 13th. At 455 yards, it's not a long hole but there are two large fairway bunkers and an elevated green that is surrounded by even more sand. The best view on the golf course can also be enjoyed from the middle of the green on this hole.

Been here 15 times in the past 10 years and it gets worse every year. “Remodeling” didn’t help much when there is 5 feet of water every year. Not the courses fault really, but it’s almost unplayable.

Come on man!
Fairways that were basically just mud. Temporary greens + temporary tee box’s none of which mentioned before I booked the round at full price…come on man!

Course sustained heavy damage from Hurricane Ida, so their support from all golfers is needed. But overall glad they are open.

Stay away
Course in horrible shape. Fairways were all dirt- no grass. That was not the worst of it. When we made the turn to play #10, a fivesome cut in front of us out of nowhere. The fivesome included the starter who had just finished his morning shift. Everyone in the fivesome hit a shank off the tee. When we questioned them- they(including the starter) laughed and drove away. Last time playing at this joint- have dealt w bad conditions before but the lack of etiquette…

Course condition
Conditions of the course was terrible much water damage , little grass on fairways very dry conditions very disappointed Carr paths only no reason the course was dry play was slow almost five hours because golfers were spending to much time looking for their golf ball. Feel sorry for the owners they have a great layout and it’s a fun course to play put at 88 can’t play card path only any more good luck to the owners in the future

Meadows Golf today
Course is still a work in progress. They have changed alot. But it is not yet at the point of having good conditions. Fairways are not good but tee boxes and greens are much better. . Slow play can be an issue as there are lots of beginners hitting extra shots and looking for wayward balls.

Course conditions and starter terrible
The course conditions were absolutely terrible. The older starter was rude and very disrespectful.

This is easily the worst course I have ever played.
-There are no tee boxes
-There is hardly any grass anywhere.
-There’s a swamp on 8
-Holes 1-8 seem like they are all on top of each other and you have no idea where to aim your shot.
-Hole numbers are duct taped on to tell you what hole it is.
-So overpriced and a complete waste of money.
-One star is generous

Stay Away from Meadows Golf Course
The 1st 9 are is in the worse condition of any course I ever played, there is really no grass here, weed , rock and dried mud. Divots everywhere almost impossible to take a clean shot. Holes # 6 & 7 are literally located in an overflowing sewer, so much feces around you can not stand the smell . This is an overpriced embarrassment of a golf course..$50 , it is not worth $20 to play. The back nine is only slightly better but still bad. Spend your money elsewhere.

Patchy and Fairways Long
Course in fair condition and lots of dead areas especially on tee box and fairways. Should be ashamed for charging $49 plus $10 fee for walkers.
