About
Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park offers a casual and enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. For more of a challenge, golfers can try the blue tees while the white and the red tees are more forgiving of errant shots. The course sprawls across mostly flat terrain but there are a few subtly elevated greens to contend with. The layout is situated amidst native wetlands, which come into play on many of the holes. The back nine is more challenging than the front, with the toughest hole being the par-5 13th. At 455 yards, it's not a long hole but there are two large fairway bunkers and an elevated green that is surrounded by even more sand. The best view on the golf course can also be enjoyed from the middle of the green on this hole.

Worth the money
My reviews are always tied to the price... for a $50 round the pace of play was good (8am tee time on a Friday). I wish the course had more distance markers. Some holes had then others didn’t. Staff was really nice and accommodating. Greens were in decent condition as were the tee boxes. In terms of difficulty, there was water you had to carry throughout the front 9 and the back nine was protected by new sand in the traps. Pick your club wisely, but overall the course played pretty direct. Again, for the price I would play here again.

Slow play day
This course is in horrible shape. Tee boxes are beat up and all the fairways are no better. The greens were well maintained but that about it. I’m not going back anytime soon.

Pace of play
We teed off at 7 and finished close to 12. There are no rangers around so we were backed up from the start. There needs to me a starter hut to manage the first hole tee off. The course card says 6035 from the white tees but after my app measured each hole, it was more like 5200. Ridiculous. The pace of play was a joke

Better than I remembered...
Course was in better shape than I remembered. Tee boxes were decent, some very good. Greens were in excellent condition overall. Fairways pretty good. Pace of play decent little over 4 hours starting at 2:30pm. A lot of work going on hopefully fix everything up. Better courses around but a giod last minute 18 for a decent price.

Course was in good condition, but pace of play was very slow. We waited on every shot.

Beautiful Day at the Meadows. Good things are happening. Greens have never been better. Tee Box are neat & clean. Fairways lush. Staff is very friendly. Food/drink cart around the course constantly.
