Front Nine was bearable pace,. Coming off the front nine there were at least four pairs lined up to t-off in front of me and two two somes coming of back nine waiting. I don't know what's the protocol, I mean who gets the priority to start - new starters or the players coming of the back nine? There was nobody there to enforce it.
Can’t go wrong
Can’t go wrong Play this course for the money is the best buy I’ve ever seen. The courses is in pretty good shape a lot better than some of the courses that you paid four times as much ,separate tee boxes that makes it a little bit interesting for 18 ,but if you just want to go out to play nine holes or work on your game can’t go wrong or if you’re a beginner it has 3 tee boxes .ENJOY

For a 9 Hole course, Clearbrook has a very fine layout. The pace of play was excellent and a friendly staff..

50 degrees in February
The staff was very friendly and helpful! The course is short which makes it great for walking as well as a tune up round. The pace of play was great I was able to walk 9 in 1 hour and a 15 min. It was mid February and the greens were in great shape for this time of year. Overall I would recommend this course especially if playing with older or younger hitters.
Nice nine hole course!
The sun shined through thin cloud cover on a fifty degree Winter day. The course was in great shape but the greens were a bit slow, kind of expected for Winter play. Very friendly atmosphere. Has a short driving range but at least you could get warmed up. Not much else to do unless you are a community member, but my Wife and I just came for the Golf and we'll be back!
Could have been better
Was a cold Sunday morning and had an 11am tee with friend of mine. Gentleman in pro shop was very friendly and got us a cart and said we could head right out whenever we were ready. Course was completely empty ... Only saw 2 or 3 other golfers total. Our mistake and warning to you is that this is a 9 hole course and although we thought for sure that the $19 "hot deal" rate in December meant that you play the course twice to get your 18 holes in. Well that was not the case as the pro shop attendant said our rate was for 9 holes only. Just wanted everyone to be aware of that in case you are thinking of playing here. We played our 9 holes in an hour and headed to a different course near by and played 18 more holes for less than $19 each ... Should have gone there right off the bat but then again maybe it was a blessing because we ended up playing 27 holes on the day !!!!
Moderate
This is a nice course to use as a tune up or practice round.
It is similar to an executive course as the back nine is replaying with the tee boxes set further back. The staff is very professional and friendly. The golfers were courteous and will allow play though for twosomes and singles. Over all I would recommend this course as you get to play all clubs in your bag. par 5's are challenging.
