Value
Good value for the money. Not too crowded and course is in good conditions with the recent rain. Bunkers are rough with hard packed sand and some pebbles
Great value
I’ve been here a few times. The course is always consistently maintained. Its deceiving as it’s in an adult community.
Nice layout. Slightly challenging. Greens are fun and have some break in spots.
The price and value is the best part. For under $20 on the app, you can’t beat it anywhere in the area. I’ll drive 40 minutes to this course anytime.
Great golf course
It is very well maintained golf course setting in the 55+ gate complex. Staff worked in the club house are super friendly to answer any questions you may have.
I would definitely go to play there again.
Played here before. Great short course to warm up for the season with the Mrs. On a Sunday morning. Can't beat the $ early in season.
Great value
This isn’t the prettiest of courses but you can easily show up and walk 9 pretty good holes in under 2hrs. Best value locally
Not the greatest round
I have enjoyed playing at Clearbrook over the years, but yesterday was not the best of days. I arrived 15 minutes before my round, only to find no one in the pro shop to check me in. Another gentleman said he had been waiting 20 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and he finally showed up. Upon returning, he was grumpy. Our cart had a sign in it stating that the course was 90 degree that day. We pretty much stayed on the cart path, until one hole, I decided to drive halfway across to my ball- 90 degrees- only to have some loudmouth yelling at us CART PATH ONLY!!! Well, that's not what the sign in our cart said. Between that and the course being backed up all over, it was just a kind of annoying day. I'll return to Clearbrook, but am hoping to have a better experience the next time
