The course, despite getting so much play, is always in great shape

This course was in really good shape for winter and was a really quick drive from center city. Will definitely come back again.

Only negative was the overbearing Ranger, who insisted on pulling up on us on several holes and breathing down our necks. His golf etiquette left a lot to be desired as well. While we were getting ready to make a shot he was close by, making noises with his golf cart. My son and I were doing nothing wrong, and we’re playing ready golf. The course was not crowded, and we played 18 in 3 hours and 10 minutes. We wasted no time, and practiced good golf etiquette. Yet this guy felt compelled to make his presence abundantly known. He was the only blemish on an otherwise pleasant golf experience.

For being a township owned course it’s up there with some private courses

Pennsauken is a well kept, shorter, but challenging course right over the bridge from center City Philadelphia. It is almost always well maintained and a good value. There are some tighter, challenging holes and some that are very wide open. It's a PAR 70, and even from the tips does not play long.

Overall it's an enjoyable course and good price for public golf

I hadn’t played Pennsauken for a few years then played in Sept and again in Nov. definitely worth the money, course is well kept and not crowded.

This is a nice course. It’s in reasonably good condition, isn’t difficult, and very inexpensive for the area. However, to start the day, our tee time got pushed back 40 minutes. Then it took 3 hours to play nine holes. NINE. The course was so over-booked that we were waiting 3 groups deep by the 4th hole.

When we got back to the clubhouse, I asked the pro shop for a partial refund or rain check. Something I think is reasonable considering the situation. I don’t know where it’s acceptable for 18 holes to take 6 hours. The response I received from the pro shop staff was rude and indignant. “So what, that’s not our problem. We don’t give rainchecks”

I will never set foot on Pennsauken Country Club again.

Forecast called for rain today, so I was able to snag a great deal for 18 holes. A little were here and there, but the course was extremely playable and the course was very well maintained. Will definitely come back!

Started fine but by the 4th tee we were waiting at the tee. Skipped hole 7 to get ahead only to catch the next back log at the 11th. Called it a day after 13 as it would have taken around 2 more hours to finish. Obviously there are no rangers.

Very well kept course tough greens and accurate tee shots needed to play well here.

Downfall of course is allowing walkers on a busy weekend we started at 2 and only got to 15 before it was getting dark. Mainly because of the 2 foursomes in front of us who were not good hitters and walking. I will not be going back to this course because of pace of play. Otherwise a very nice course.

We played this course as an alternative of our usual rotation. We found the course to be in good condition for mid-summer. Staff was friendly and the other patrons were very accomodating. Overall great experience.

Pre sunset tee time teed off without a hitch. The pace was superb. Grounds were well maintained. Ive been wanting to get out here for a while. Will return.

I probably play Pennsauken twice a year so I'm familiar with the experience

Course was in good shape on a nice day. Fairly busy as usual for a 10 am mid-week tee time for this course.

Had a threesome put together. What I did not appreciate at all was that at literally the last minute they added a forth to our group. Now that in itself is no problem but they proceeded to put him in my cart without even asking. So I spent the next 4+ hours in a cart with a guy who spoke little and when he did it was in broken English. Nice.

Should have at least asked me if it was OK. Sorry, but I just wanted to play a round with my regular golf buddies.

This place was awesome. The greens were in fabulous shape, challenging pin placements due to a member event, but still fair. Highly recommend this course
