Fun Place to Play
First time here. Course was in great shape! Luckily got paired with a guy who knew the course well. Helped a lot as there are some blind tee shots and cart path can fool you if you don’t know where you’re going. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I will definitely get back here to play when I can.
Westwood is coming around
Far better than the last time I played there (precovid) - course was in good shape - but no idea why you can’t bring water on the course in a small bag! That should be changed!
Nice course
Not a long course so you might think easier, however the setup for the greens all having multiple curves makes it much more difficult then most public courses.
Course in great condition - played on fathers day so was going to be busy, however played front 9 in 2hrs and back in 3hrs - the ranger did nothing to move the groups in front of us along who were a couple holes behind.
Glad to finally played here!
Greens were very fast!! Well kept! Staff were awesome! We live a hour away and will definitely play here again!
Great experience all around!!!
The course was in very good condition. The pace of play was very good. And the experience at the restaurant afterwards was the icing on the cake … excellent food, reasonable prices and the staff was extremely friendly.
A Good Friday round
The course was in great condition, greens rolled great. Pace of play was very good as well.
Weekend Golf
Good rate from site, 3:00 tee time, which was in the heart of Sunday golf. Made for slow play and twosome we were paired with added to slow play. But not Westwood fault, as players skill level can’t be evaluated. Course was good, and staff friendly and accommodating.
Aigght
Course was in good conditions, roughs were long, lost some balls in them on totally open course.
Pace of play was bad, took us 4.5 hours on a tuesday morning to play. I felt rush bc people behind us, while we were waiting on group ahead of us to finish out
All in all i would play again
Challenging greens
Played a Saturday morning. Beautiful course. Greens were perfect and challenging.
Great Value
Westwood is a great local golf course with a friendly staff that go out of their way to make your golf and after golf drinks and food very enjoyable.
