Nice day for golf
Great day for a round. We were matched up with a couple of local gents.
Unorganized
Course has been in great shape in previous rounds but this time every single hole had a temporary tee box. No warning was given for this, nor was there a price break for the green fee. Divots all over the green. Two holes cut in each green? Starter is worthless as he doesn’t care about anything. Let’s whoever play together and starts groups early or late. No care given for pairing up singles. Driving range is cash only. Extremely unorganized. Anything goes at this course. Slow play. Do better.

Best deal in the region!
This is a great course. It is very well kept and price wise it is a no brainer. Only downside is they don't allow external coolers and carts don't have their own. Playing in 90+ will get your beverages hot, quick.
Excellent course in all aspects.
NMSU GOLF COURSE is one of the best venues within a 50 mile radius from El Paso, TX. It has superior maintenance of all fairways and greens and is well manicured. The staff are all very courteous an professional with exceptional services to all its players. I recommend this facility without any reservation.
Best course in Las Cruces
Golf shop and Golf Operations staff were great, agronomy team has the course in great shape even in the extended heat. Course layout is fun to play and does require some shot making and you can score if you are hitting it well but if you are a bit off there is tree and desert trouble.
