Great course.
I’ve played this course several times and it never disappoints.
Best course in Las Cruces
This course is simple and fun. Immaculately maintained grounds, nice facilities, and chill people. Red Hawk is a challenge but this place feels like home.
Very slow plsy
very slow, seems as no one understands etiquette or they just did not care if it took 15min per hole, no Marshall to been seen
Great track…excellent pace of play
First time playing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Course is in solid condition overall for as much play as it gets. Greens are quick but playable and pace of play was excellent. They put me out as a single in the morning and there were five 4-somes in front of me. Didn’t ask to play through which was fine because we finished in 3.5 hours. Nice relaxing round of golf. Did have a fairly rude older woman catch up to me on hole 12 and complain because I hit two balls but I laughed it off and she left. All in all, it was a solid course and solid round.
I’ve played 7 courses between El Paso and Las Cruces since we moved here 2 months ago and I’d say this course is #2 behind Red Hawk but condition wise it’s in the best condition of them all.
Fairways Fairways Fairways
It was hot…90+ plus … walked all 18… was impressed with the conditions of the Fairways…not too soft and dried out nicely in the pm. The greens were also receptive and responsive to high shots…whomever is the Superintendent of the course they do a great job!
A Gem in LC
Around can be slow here but it's well worth the pace. Interesting layout and some challenging trees and rough.
Love this course.
I got there early so got out early paired up with three other senior golfers. The course was an actual condition with the exception of some light debris and sadly many trees down from an unusual storm we had the night before. The buzzing of chainsaws broke through a beautiful day of average heat and a good breeze.
While I am from Florida and play there a lot I would rate this course in one of the upper 10.
Good friendly people running it as well.
