Woodland/Lakeside at Blue Hill Golf Course

We played 12 holes. The guys in front of us were so slow and did not care at all about anyone else. At least they were having fun. We were right near the pro shop and I went in to ask if someone could help but it was already closed.

We decided to go to the pines course and played a couple of holes. We will not be coming back. I have played at blue hill at least 10 times in the past. Sad story!

All challenging. The course is laid out beautifully and in incredible shape.

Course is in great fall shape. Tall rough, so keep the ball in play. If you do, you’ll be rewarded with a course in amazing shape

Worst condition in the 20 years I have been playing there. A real shame. Maintenance company clearly wants out of their contract. Sticks and limbs everywhere. Tee boxes, traps are terrible. Greens spongy. Was such a beautiful place to play. No longer. There are better options nearby.

Troon have really destroyed what used to be a great golf course, and was always in tremendous condition. Troon, apparently, is the name the management company that took over the maintenance of the course this year. I asked staff yesterday, what has happened here? I could not believe the deterioration in one season, no areas roped off around the greens, flooding on most holes as apparently, they haven’t maintained water valves, etc, and in two days, Tuesday and Wednesday this week, I did not see one member of the maintenance crew on the course. It looks like Troon took 600k and ran!! It’s an absolute disgrace if they should get away with this!!
