Spook Rock Golf Course

Always a pleasure to play here, Green were on the slow side, but to be expected with the hot and humid weather,

After many days of heavy rains, course was cart path only. this was expected as were the slow greens.

The course is in great shape which is amazing considering the weather as of late.

I thought the course was very nice. I thought a little overpriced for what it is. No water hazards. Not that challenging, but ok. A few too many traps. Greens a little slow. Fairways very nice. I wouldn't make this my regular course. But don't want to knock it. It's pretty well taken care of. The cartpaths could use some re doing. I would go back especially with a golf now discount

The course is challenging at times but has enough friendly hole to make a good balance.

Awesome course, beautiful conditions, lovely layout. Greens a little furry, but honestly a lovely experience. 10/10 will be back

It is one of my favorite courses in my area. But there was no ranger keeping the pace of play, which led to a 5 hour round…

Course was meticulously maintained from tee to green staff was very friendly, and course is walkable with definitely recommend discourse to anyone my only gripe getting a sandwich at the turn, took almost a half an hour, other than that great value for the money

A.ways enjoy playing this course. Course is in great shape. Pace of play a little slower then usual, but bearable. Highly recommend getting around in there.

Great layout, great conditions, and good pace of play Spook Rock is my favorite public course.

Greens aerated while ago and are not healed well from it, played 2 weeks ago they were in better shape. What’s up with that!! They were horrible, if you can put up with that and grumpy old starter at booth….you’re good to go😂😂😂

I really wish that they would send a ranger around to maintain pace of play on this course. I played yesterday (Thursday) around noon and the whole round took 5 hours 10 minutes from the 1st tee shot to the last putt. That’s just ridiculous. No round of golf should take over 4.5 hours. The tee sheet was pretty packed but that’s no excuse for an over 5 hour round. And the thing is they have a tracking system on the golf cart that keeps track of how long everyone’s round is taking. The message on the cart turned red which meant we were behind pace on the THIRD hole!!! And the minutes behind pace counter kept going up and up and up throughout the round. One good thing was that the starter had a good system of getting everyone ready and teeing off on time by announcing which groups were on deck to tee off. But none of that matters if your round of golf takes 5 hours. Just brutal. You have been warned.
