I was pleasantly surprised with the course. I had not played the course in years.
COURSE NEEDS TLC and Signage
course has seen better days and if you're not hitting fairways you will be losing sleeves of balls. Cart path only makes it brutal to jump in and out during hot days. almost every hole is missing the signage of where to go or what hole you're on, very confusing.
plus sides are the greens are nice and GPS in the carts give you some sense of location. staff was nice, no wait times, pretty wildlife, but a major overhaul is needed before we go back.
Enjoyable for price
Enjoyable for price and good view.
Rough was too long. Hard to find balls and hard to hit out of
Paradise found
We had a foursomes in front of us on a nuclear-hot summer day, and fortunately, pace of play was great. Some fairways and collars of greens were in rough shape but overall a fun course to play with several challenging elevation changes and doglegs.
Cheaper round on 70 par course
There was no drinking water on the course and no beverage cart. Many areas in fairways and around greens were in rough shape. Had to improve my lie a few times in place to keep from hitting in mud. Greens were in good shape.
Not in good shape
The course is in rough shape right now. Fairways are not grown. The ground is as hard as a rock. Greens were okay but there were multiple areas in front of the greens that were just dirt. It made approaches into greens more difficult than they should be. At $35 it is a tough purchase. I'll give it another go in the fall.
Poor choice for a round of golf
The course was in terrible condition. Fairways mostly hard packed dirt and aeration plugs. Greens were actually in good shape. The rough was 6"deep... Enough to lose a ball in. The lady at check in was very inflexible and made pairing decisions that made no sense. Don't waste your money. I played there several year ago and it has gone down a cliff since then.
