Royal Meadows Golf Course

Built into a square plot of land, it feels like you are moving in a square plot. No creative features. Considering the generous rain and temperate weather this year, the grass should be in optimal condition, but its just average, with lots of weeds. The Tee Boxes are deplorable, and have been on every visit I've made over 7 years. I'll give them credit on the greens, however. Those are okay and consistent. While not prohibitive, the fee is high compared to other like-courses.

I have played this course several times this year - always very clean and nice. The staff is incredibly helpful. Only downside is that the course can get backed up and not always the fastest.

For the money - definitely worth it.

This was my first time playing this course. Staff was very friendly and the course was challenging. Overall the course was in good condition.

At $35 with cart the round was a terrific value (Golfnow price).

First time I have played course since it was re done many years ago. Lot more challenging. Will probably play there again especially with good prices.

Course was in good condition and pace of play was excellent for the weekend. It is not a particularly challenging course by any means. I would recommend playing here.

This is a great course for the average golfer. Took my son in law for his first time playing the course and he really enjoyed it. Although not long, tee shots take placement. Some greens are a bit rough but overall good conditions. Enjoyed the experience and will be back.

Course is in good condition and the price is right.

This course was in excellent shape. The fairways and greens are really green. Really enjoyed playing this course. Will surely have to play it again soon. I lost a pair of $150. sunglasses. Told them at the counter and gave them my name and number. Later that afternoon, they called me at home and said we have your sunglasses.

Course is nice and well-groomed; tee boxes are a little chopped-up, though.
Staff is helpful and courteous. Pace of play has been great each time we've played.

I hadn't been golfing in 2 years. Shot a 108 in 18 holes. Not the greatest but the thing is, I never lost my ball. Call it decent play or just a well managed course. Either way it was a first. Good mix and variety of hole lengths. Mostly straight shots with little to no dog legs. Overall I loved this course and will definitely return. It was probably because I had not been golfing in such a long time, it was a beautiful day, and the course was in really good condition, none the less (as Arnold would say) I'll be back!

The course is a dead dried up dump just off 40 hwy. the course is poorly taken care of with patches of live grass in the fairways at best. The tee boxes are made of sand. The course is just terribly managed. The grounds crew does the course work during the heat of the day which is stupid and causes grass to burn

Other than pace of play, course was very nice. Greens and fairways in great condition and the rough, which was pretty thick, was consistent and in good condition. Only complaint was pace of play. On the 13th the marshals noticed the group in front of us was slow so marshals made them wait while we played through. Was very happy with the course and staff and I would highly recommend

A favorite of both self and spouse. Rarely have we played there when pace was slow. or hurried. Chance match-ups with other twosomes have always been pleasant.
Course is in good shape and still narrow. So have your straight shots lined up for the round.

Three people in our group. Course was recently aerated so putting was rough. Overall had a good time and value for price paid was good.

For this time of year the course was in okay condition. There is plenty of room for the slightly stray shot since so many of the trees have been removed. The greens were insanely fast in the early morning but got better as it warmed up a little. All in all I had a very pleasant round and shot in the low 80's. I am happy with that for an early season round

For early March the course was in adequate shape however was disappointed in the amount of trees that had been cut down, taking away from the integrity of the course as a whole. The tee boxes were not marked at all and the carts had no plastic windshields to protect from the late morning cold breezes. The staff of mostly older gentlemen seem short and "all business" rather than friendly and eager to help.

I love this course. The course is challenging but not so much it takes the fun away.

The clubhouse was clean. The greens were good but the fairways were obviously affected by the unusual summer conditions. The day I played, the rough was so high on the front nine that I lost four balls not far off the fairway. My golf cart broke down on the 17th fairway. It was not the best experience and I might play there again next year.

Good value - had fun - not too crowded. The deal details were not available at course or on mobile app - only name date and confirmation number. I had a bit of confusion as to whether the cart was included or not and had no way to confirm as I had not printed out the deal. I insisted and the course attendant complied so it was all good.
