Jacaranda West Country Club

Typical Florida golf course.. right in front of you and the greens and fairways are in great condition.. Friendly staff and cart girl was around for drinks etc…

This is truly a “What you see is what you get” type course. No tricky fairway layouts; bunkers are not super sized; but, most important are the excellent shape of the greens. They read true and are excellent condition. They were slow but thats due to scheduled growth allowance for up coming irradiation plans for early~mid July. Worth the money.

Greens and fairways like carpet. Nice to see for hot July.

Big fan of this course. I played with scattered rain on a great summer rate so all is good! Staff friendly, played 20 holes (caught up to two groups of old slow guys on back nine, so played 14/15 again in less than 15 minutes)in 3:45. Easy peasy!

Course was "wet". We had one shower while playing ,but very wet conditions...A clueless SLOW foursome in front of us. (3) had no idea what they were out there for??????? 4 1/2 HR round......course lay out good .

Greens had been punched, so tough to accurately review. Nice layout. Good amenities.

I have played this course occasionally over the last nine years and this is the best conditions I have seen. The staff is very friendly and with the relative low cost to play it is a fair value as well. I won’t hesitate to return to see if the course continues to be well maintained.

The pace of play was terrible, had to wait for every shot. The course was in great shape. Wold play again hoping pace of play is better.

Course not in as great shape as usual. Weeds in traps and low on sand. Resturant not always open. Florida

The whole course was in terrible condition. Starting with the bunkers aren’t they supposed to have sand in them? Both fairways and greens were the worst I have ever seen them. Something must have happened to their mowers because there was a tilt to the cutting of the grass so there was ridges and scalped area down to the dirt. No excuses for what they charge you should have playable conditions. They won’t see me for a long time.

Greens were slow after being punched Fairways lush no bare spots no weeds traps need sand. good value for he money.

We had a great time at Jacaranda West! The staff are all very nice and helpful and the course was in very good condition. The greens were extremely slow, but one of the attendants explained that they'd been recently aerated and then had a ton of rain, so maybe they get a pass on that? Fairways are pretty wide and you shouldn't lose many balls.

My only real criticism is that the layout is a little boring. Everything on the front 9 is a dogleg - I played from the blue (4th of 5) tees and didn't hit driver once on the front 9. Then the back 9 is all straight. All the par 3's are the same general length. I really don't remember any holes as being specifically interesting. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. If you're just going to have fun with friends and don't care much about the layout, this is perfect.

Course was in Great condition, Greens were a little slow but putted true.
