I have played here before. Great layout and very good conditions. Todsy - well I am surprised the course was open. Every hole was totally wet and muddy. Greens were however - superb.

I will play the course again once the course dries out. We have had a lot of rain recently and the course shows the effect.

This was a very fun and challenging course. The staff in the clubhouse was super nice and friendly. Pace of play was good also. Food was good . We had a crab hoagie meal . I can’t wait until my next trip to this area to play this course .

Cypress Landing offers a challenging game in a beautiful setting. I just learned it is a bird sanctuary, which explains the coves and ponds and waterways interlaced throughout the course.

Partner and I have played the course nearly every week this summer (we’re retired gofers!), so we’ve seen the wet conditions, aerated greens, and scorching hot weather. Only once did we experience cart path only or 90 degrees a couple of times. And with the trees and breezes coming off the Pamlico Sound and Crawford Creek, heat rarely gets to us.

Different elevations, well placed bunkers, multiple tee boxes, and numerous white stakes along the backyards of the beautiful homes lining many holes make this course challenging but with accessible holes.

The staff is always helpful, even if I screw up the app registration and we have to add a player or cancel. Putting green and practice range are top notch.We have not used the grill, but the pro job and grill atmosphere is casual and welcoming.

Overall, the course is well maintained, carts offer pull-down canvas covers for your clubs (though cart do not offer on course navigation and distances), and the practice green and the driving range are added features. Of course, signature hole No. 15 is worth the trip alone. And watch out for No. 18! Approach shot over the water can be mind-blowing, and I did par it this past week! Whew.

The setting is beautiful and makes one think about settling down in the quiet, peaceful neighborhoods.

Downside would be hazardous bridges (watch that bump!), average sand traps (lots of rain), and some rough edges near some of the homes.and along the cart paths.

But as I said in the title, a gem in ENC!

The course is in great shape. Greens are fast and fair. Good layout. The staff was polite and attentive. The pro Jeremy was very friendly. We also ate at the grill after our round and it was very good. Overall a great experience! At a very nice property

Was expecting course to to be very wet with all the rain, but it wasn’t. It was 90 degree rule for carts which was another nice surprise. With threat of rain, it made it feel as if we were out there by ourselves. Fairways were plush and green. Some greens were a little sandy due to some maintenance I guess, but otherwise they ran pretty true. The view at hole 15 never disappoints and hole 18 is as daunting as ever. Look forward to my next round there

Fun round. Fantastic course. A tad bit slow on the pace. Members and staff welcoming and friendly.

Great deal. The course is in excellent condition. Limited amenities due to COVID-19. Friendliest staff around.

Enjoyed a great round of golf with friends today at cypress landing. Greens rolled true course was in really great shape for early season golf. Looking forward to getting back down there soon for another round.Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Pace of play was enjoyable for all in our group.

As always course conditions are phenomenal! Tee boxes, fairways and greens. Great mix of medium and short holes. With two longer holes each side. Tall pines frame each hole. Great undulation tee to green, not a flat course. When I called this morning, the nicest lady took my tee time. She asked me how my Christmas was and made me feel very welcome!

This course is in excellent condition with perfect greens, great staff and food.

Rolling terrain and some challenging holes regardless of tee choice. Very pleasant views and plenty of water features. This is a very nice golfing experience. We will be back anytime we are close!

Another super round at Cypress Landing golf club ! As always dense healthy grass on greens fairways and boxes. Very good mix of easy and hard holes. Tree lined golf course full of nature . Definitely play if you’re in the area!
