As someone who struggles with swaying in the swing, I found this lesson really easy to understand and helpful. Have taken it to the range and course and quickly found better consistency in ball striking throughout the bag.

Eric - great tip thanks mate. You have nailed my biggest problem - I see it so obviously when I film my swing. I stand up too much in my backswing. Any other drills to work on this would be great!!
