Great golf course. Front nine is a little bit open for scoring and the back nine is a little tighter and gives you a good test of golf.

This course is always a great time. Fun layout and always in good condition. Friendly fun staff. Would always recommend.

Whitmore Lake Links is such a fun course. My husband and I enjoy playing this course because it has a great wide open front nine, that helps you get warmed up and ready for the beautiful back nine thats a bit more tucked away. While there are homes on this course, I dont find them to be too close to the fairways to be a problem. The back nine of the links has some of my favorite par 3 holes! Don't forget to grab a hotdogs at the turn, they are delicious!

Excellent course , really love the concrete cart paths , so many other courses have blacktop paths that are falling apart, but not here ,I will be coming back regularly.

March golf. The weather was a bit chilly, but for our first round of 2026 on a real golf course, it was good to get out. The course was rough as they just opened up, but as the weather gets better, so will the course!!

Played this course for years. If it was 10-15$ more expensive I’d refuse to play it.

For $30-40 it’s reasonable compared to what’s around the area for public golf.

If you play blues it’s 5800 yards, blacks get you to 6100 but they’re tiny tee boxes tucked in odd locations and typically not as well maintained.

Hard to get a groove with your driver when you’re hitting a lot of irons/woods off the tees.

Great course overall. Conditions are the definition of “fair” and greens are very good with consistent speed. Staff has always been friendly. Back is 9 is much harder than the front 9.

Course is great, well taken care of. Prices are fair, especially if you’re an afternoon golfer. Overall love the course. Wish they would bring back twilight where after 530 you could golf as many holes as you could get in before dark!

Such a great experience! Course is very neat and clean. The man at the front desk was so friendly! I bought MSU gear for my husband it was my first time at this course. Will definitely be back!

Played and paid for 9 and decided to make the turn for the back 9. When going to pay for the back 9 they tried charging us $29. Cost for 18 is $56 and we had already payed 37 on GN. Therefore, should have only been $19. Pro shop staff was shady and couldn’t understand the problem with that. Will be taking business elsewhere.

The staff was awesome and very friendly. The Clubhouse was impressive. The course itself was not in very good condition. Greens were nice, but there was a lot of ground under repair. Fairways just not maintained that well. The front nine also felt like a shooting range with the fairways being too close to one another. We had people in our fairway on multiple holes (more than normal). all that said, I would go back in hopes it is much improved.
