South at Antelope Hills Golf Course
About
The South Course is a links style track, giving Prescott the distinction of having what Veach calls "an almost British Open feel" course in the middle of the desert. It offers views of the towering mountains that help provide Prescott with its temperate temperatures from several holes.

Where's the Sand trap Management
If you don't want to maintain your sand traps turn them into grass bunkers
Great time, 1st time
Few times a summer I head north and play Elephant Rock. On the way through, I hit a course in Prescott. This was a ton of fun. Great pairing with some locals, staff was awesome. Next time through, hitting north course.
Fun Day
Fun course. Hard to get early times and everything is very expensive before 1pm. Usually in good shape. Love the faster greens.
Antelope South
I played this course alot when I lived in Prescott 8 years ago. While in the area this week, I took the opportunity to play it again. It is very playable, has excellent, fast greens and in good condition for this time of the year. The traps were a bit hard, but that may be attributed to the time of year. I usually play well on this course, which I did again, so another reason to like it!
Nice scenery
Cart path is dirt and totally wrecked. Course was mostly green and nice guy in the shop working
Rough around the edges but a solid course. Guy working the clubhouse was exceptional
I played with my wife, 18 riding. We did twilight for 27 each . The guy in the clubhouse was knowledgeable and friendly and addressed me by name. It was my first time here. The greens are great and layout tough but fair. The cart paths are dangerous and busted up or my score would be higher
Cold Saturday after Christmas
The course was not wet except for some spots, but it was soft. The weather was mostly good, with a few cloudy holes. I enjoyed it! South course is better because the trees are not limiting like on the north course.
Go for the Greens
These greens are absolutely pristine--true and fast.
The layout is challenging but not daunting.
We paid about $80 the day after Thanksgiving--good value for the holiday weekend.
Nice electric golf carts.
Cart paths are fair to poor.
Go to course in Prescott
Overall, course is in great shape. However, I can only rate good due to the "construction sand" bunkers. They are horrible. Also, the cart paths are in need of repair. I think with the extreme popularity of the course, GPS on carts is a way overdue upgrade.
Always Good
I always enjoy playing Antelope and if you get out early, you can play 18 in three hours which is great.
