Heron Bay Golf & Country Club

Course had a very good layout. The fairways were generously wide. Greens were pretty quick overall. Pace play was absolutely fantastic, but that was probably because there was threatening rain around so people didn’t show up. The bunkers were not raked and the greens were not cleared of sand and debris from the bunkers, but that was probably because of the threatening rain. I did enjoy playing here and we will again.

Nice track down here on the southside. I don’t get down this way a lot but the course is a bit improved from the last time I played it a few years ago. Especially the greens are on the right track. Great pace of play and A+ grade cart girl. Will have to head down here more often.

This was 1st time playing and I will definitely be back. Hopefully at an earlier Tee Time. But great course.

Greens and fairways are well maintained and in great shape.

But a solid 4* course. Fix the bunkers & cart paths. And get some of the boys to play a little faster. They are not that good.

I love this course and will definitely be back again. Very nice staff, great conditions, fun design, friendly golfers. I paired up with a man and his wife and they really helped me with course management or my score would have been higher. The only mild complaint I have, and it’s more as a person with bad knees, you have to walk down a flight of stairs to get your cart.

First off, big shout out to Tonya in the pro-shop! Book your round on a Tuesday or Thursday and you’ll see what I mean. She is ALWAYS super welcoming and accommodating! The only reason I didn’t give this course 5-stars is the lack of sand in the bunkers and poor drainage in a few. I’m rarely in them but when I am, 🤬. Otherwise, I LOVE THIS COURSE!

Very hot but the cart girl came around very often so we stayed hydrated and well taken care of. Great course, great staff- we had an amazing time.

Course in excellent condition. Pace of play was good. Cart paths could use some work and the sand traps also could use some work. Overall I recommend you play this course.

Course bridges need repair asap. Also around the greens need new grass. Some tee boxes need repair. I like to play golf there but these repairs need to happen.

Course was a lot of fun, in great condition and Nancy in the pro shop was very flexible in moving our tee time due to weather. Greens are sandy but in good shape; highly recommend this course.

Course is in great shape and a challenging and a fun layout. The only negative is the sand traps, which need some maintenance and fresh sand.
