Slow pace

Pace of play too slow. Took 5 hours to finish 18 which is abysmal in the heat. Thankful for the breeze we had. Everyone is super nice. Carts are decent- no cooler, no real GPS, but has distances. Gotta pay for range balls. Water/ice stations and bathrooms abundant. Nice to be in nature. Lots of water hazards. Well maintained course. Mulligans is a good spot for a snack and drink at the turn.

Nice course that is perfect for my wife and I to play. Pace of play was excellent, course is in good condition. Only issue was the greens were a little slow and I think it was intentional due to the drought this month.

Local gem

Great course that is very difficult despite its look. Greens are in excellent condition and the fairways are always lush. Those darn traps will get you guaranteed though 😩. The halfway house “Mulligan’s” is spectacular outdoor with KILLER ready to go cheeseburgers 🍔 hot dogs 🌭 and brats. $”Just love this place but unfortunately you are going to pay for it, as they’re expensive! They capitalize on the fact that they are really the only real course in the Cape. They need to lower their rates to locals IMO. They almost double their cost for the seasonal goons. Not fair to us Floridians who keep them afloat during the summer so listen up PALMETTO-PINE PLEASE!!

Good conditions & friendly staff

Greens and tee boxes are in very good shape. Greens roll true and are just a touch fast. Fairways are beginning to dry out a bit due to the drought but, this isn’t the fault of course management. Bad weather takes its toll. Staff was friendly and helpful both on the course and in the pro shop. Driving range sets up nicely for practice. Will play again
