Cape Royal Golf Club - King/Prince

They will send people out without a tee time and the people who booked ahead of time suffer. If you bring up the issue they make it seem like it’s your fault or you’re blowing it out of proportion. The staff doesn’t care about you coming there to golf. They just want your money. Go somewhere else, you’ll thank me later. Save your free time for a better course were you get treated great!

Nice course with a fair amount of water. The course was in good shape with super fast greens!

This was a great experience. Great layout, a lot of water for sure. It's definitely a challenging course, I recommend it.

I enjoyed this course but unfortunately the group in front of us was extremely slow. 4 hours and 40 minutes and we were waiting on every shot because the group in front didn't have any idea how to keep up pace. Conditions were excellent short of a few par 3 tee boxes.

Really enjoyed the course. There are definitely some challenging holes, especially on the queen Course. The prince course is also a bit challenging and plenty of water to get you in trouble. I will definitely play this course again.

My wife and I had a fun day here. You definitely have to take the wind into account when playing here, bit I loved the course. The kings course has a couple of pars threes that were directly into the wind, one of them was all carry over the water. But then there a couple of drivable par fours. The greens were in great shape, and slick. We will definitely play again

Play was slow, no Marshall anywhere. Greens were dry, hard and too fast. The course smelled of rotten, dead fish. I understand the drought is to blame for the dryness and the dead fish smell but there’s no excuse for not monitoring the pace of play.

Absolutely not worth the money. Course in horrible shape (especially King). Tons of dead fish carcasses and vultures. Smell was appalling all around clubhouse and beginning tee boxes/finishing greens. Tons of weeds and super dried out. Bottlenecks at driving distance on many holes and blind shots on Queen which I don’t mind but visibility could be improved. Price they’re charging for the shape of the course conditions is robbery. Would not play for half the price if it was across the street from my house. Only pluses were Queen conditions were much better and greens overall were in good shape/fast.
