Greens are in good condition but could use some more work

Unfortunately, I played the course two weeks prior and it was improving. The greens were better fairway still marginal this time this past Thursday the fairways didn’t get any better except for number 18 and the greens got worse unfortunately this will be a no go for a long time.

I understand when a course says they have punched greens…. But that was a highlight compared to the course as a whole. Not a single fairway in sight, no rough as far as the eye could see and maybe a couple patches of green to hit a ball off. Disappointed but more like a $15 course. Could spend another ten for a better time literally anywhere else in Florida. Do better.

It's good for the price. Conditions could obviously be better, but pace of play was very good, people play ready golf. There was a group of 3 in front of me and a group of 2 in front of them. The group of 3 was playing fast enough that they were having to wait for the group of 2, and the round was done in about 3 hours. If you're looking for a course where you take your sweet time on every shot and look to "read" putts from every angle, please go somewhere else. This course doesn't have that type of "serious" vibe anyway. I'll play it more times in the future as long as I see decent conditions and good pace of play.

The course needs a lot of extra love and care. Even so I will play it again because the staff were terrific and the rate more than fair.

Today I took my son out for a round to have some fun. We didhave a great time. The course is rough. It could use some love. The fairways aren't maintained. The greens are horrible. They are full of craters and dead grass. This course is great for the non serious golfer. A serious golfer should play elsewhere.

The course is a nice track... There are some fairways and greens that need attention, but overall it's a nice place if you want to come out and spend some time pounding some golf balls. The staff is friendly and courteous.

Went not expecting much and was not disappointed. Staff was friendly, pace of play was very good (3hr 15min round for 2 of us). Some fairway grass, but not a lot and not every hole. Greens inconsistent. A little pricey for the quality of the course.

Great course, I live in Sanford and choose to go here over Mayfair. Not crowded, great pace, great service, can’t complain at all. That you for all the hard work it takes to run a course like this. Keep it up.

I WISH I COULD HAVE GAVE IT A BETTER REVIEW THIS WAS M,Y COURSE I LEARNED HOW TO LOVE GOLF ON THE ORIGINAL OWNERNKEPT THIS COURSE IN GREAT SHAPE AFTER BEING TURNED OVER A FEW TIMES THEY REALLY HAVENT DONE ANY THING TO KEEP IT UP I PLAYED YESTERDAY IN HOPES I WOULD JOIN THE THURSDAY SENIOR LEAGUE ONCE AGAIN TO MY DISMAY I WONT DO IT REALLY BAD SHAPE IF YOU GO NANCY IS THERE WITH NICE GREETING

The tee boxes were in terrible shape and the greens were rough.

The greens were slow and bumpy with patches of sand. Tee boxes were also sandy, and fairways were in typical dry Florida winter condition. There was also a threesome in front of us: three 20-somethings, two carts, one bag of clubs (to be fair, only one person actually appeared to be playing golf) and one very loud boombox that could be heard from the green back to the tee box.

Open course, very little water and hazards, friendly staff and no wait time.

Overall great golf course if the greens were in better shape. From the horror story reviews I’ve read online I would say course has come a long way. The dog legs are great for some hero shots.

Greens are unputtable. Weeds were growing in the greens profusely. Ball bounced in the air 1-3 inches instead of rolling. Either sell the course to someone who will take care of it or shut it down it’s a disgrace!
