This course is a laughing stock now, the conditions have never been worse. I only bothered to do a review to save others from wasting their money. I also found managements comments to these bad reviews hysterical, "Sorry to hear we missed the Mark" you have to be kidding, how about admitting the course is terrible and if any plans to make it better. I do not think there will be any improvement until the Management/Ownership changes. A lost cause now!

Course is unplayable. 9 holes closed for aeration, no warning. Course bone dry. Pumps broken. Wait at least 6 months before considering playing that mess. Golf now owes me a refund.

Got the promotional rate which was excellent, course was not crowded, the greens have improved over the last year, the fairways could use some work, some of the fairways have inches of dead grass resting in the low lying areas due to heavy rains a week or so ago. Overall okay but could be so much better.

If cheap is all you care about, this is the course for you. Tee boxes are in terrible condition, fairways are ok in spots but completely dead in other spots, sand traps are heavy compacted sand instead of soft loose material. Hopefully the management can turn this course around as the layout is nice but the poor conditions make it difficult to hit consistent shots.

Such a shame to see a great layout be in this shape. Hole #5 you can’t find a patch of grass to hit your second shot. I stopped after 9 due to the conditions. Hope they can turn it around.

Who ever owns this course is either broke or stupid or both. I've see more playable cow pastures. Many fairways are pretty much dirt; like no grass. The top soil is gone. No care and maintenance is taking place obviously. While some of the greens were good, it takes a lot more than a few playable greens to earn my money. I won't be back.

The staff were nice. The restaurant looked nice. The pro shop was small. The course was bad. The driving range was terrible. There was next to no grass on the entire course. It was impossible to play.

Oh geez, a great layout, rolling hills, water, sand bunkers, challenging course. The only thing missing was grass in the fairways! The green were well maintained, but really the fairways were some of the worst I've ever encountered and I've been golfing all over the country since 1968. Sorely sorry we chose to play here. Used to be a favorite.

For 5+ years I played this course and held out hope that somebody would invest in improvements (or at least get it to an acceptable condition).It is a shame that this hasn't happened since it is one of the top tracts in the area. Most of the greens are in good shape, yet most of, the fairways are in bad shape, #5 in particular.

The greens are in good condition but the fairways have become dirt and patches of grass.

I can't see paying the money for those conditions, which is unfortunate considering I really like this course.

I'll give it some time and go back in the future.

Some of the fairways were in decent shape the rest were sparse. The greens were in good shape and rolled true.

Tee boxes were mostly sand. Pace play was good.

There are a ton of sand traps on every hole and fairways are somewhat narrow between them. A lot of no cart zones so be prepared to walk.

The rest of the course is what it has become over the past few years, but it's still very playable. They got some grass starting to grow just need more rain, but the greens are very good and speedy. Overall if you're okay with adjusting your lie a few feet to find a normal lie, you won't be disappointed.

Range is being re-seeded too so hopefully that works out in a couple weeks. They have a small temporary range right now that's actually not too bad.

Tee boxes and fairways barely any grass . Greens were okay tee time was 8:08 had three groups sitting on the tee box waiting. For the price drive to Daytona or save a little and go play deltona there in the same condition .

Worst course conditions I've ever seen. 70 percent of the course is sand, aside from the greens but that is all. Fairways are all sand and dead dry grass, plus a million bunkers. I wouldn't play this course in this condition for free, let alone $40. Staff was nice and accommodating but man, what a miserable experience.
