Challenging but beautiful layout. Several holes with elevations not often found in Florida. Friendly staff and members. Nice clubhouse with very reasonable food and drinks. Strongly recommended.

Everything was great! The staff, amenities, pace of play, golf carts, driving range and putting greens were first class. It’s been pretty cold and dry here in Florida since winter so the fairways were a bit thin but they were watering all day so they should come back.

ITS WITH MUCH REGRET I HAVE TO REVIEW THE COURSE I REALLY LIKE AND LOVE TO SEE THE COURSE THE WAY IT WAS WHEN HAMPTON GOLF RAN TEE BOXS TERRIBLE FAIRWAYS TERRIBLE GREENS GREAT I PLAYED THIS COURSE ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND IT SEEMED TO BE MAKING HEADWAY TO GETTING BACK TO NICE PLACE TO PLAY WELL TO M Y DISMAY GOING BACK TO A RAGGY COURSE LOVE THE LAYOUT AND THEGREENS BUT DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY SORRY VICTORIA HILLS MAYBE SOME DAY SOMEONE WHO APPECIATES GOLF WILL BUY THE COURSE AND RESTORE IT TO ORIGINAL BEAUTY

The bad...Needs water desperately. The most bunkers I've seen on a golf course. Good layout. This course could be a 4-5 star course with good watering and a little course maintenance. There are other courses nearby that have better conditions. Got a "Hot Deal" from golf now.

Course has improved but I am not sure the conditions justify the cost. They have done a lot of work to improve the greens but the rest of the course suffers on most

Holes. The fairways and tee boxes are in rough shape and the areas around the greens are usually in poor condition with a few exceptions.

Course has a nice layout but lacks good consistant fairway grass, has gotten worse since the Florida freeze, really needs some TLC

The course itself has taken a drastic change throughout the years. Even though the layout is great, the course conditions are horrible. Extremely dry fairways, tee boxes are just about the same. I see that they have worked on the greens, so that was one of the highlights of my round. The staff are courteous and professional and a clubhouse is cozy and welcoming.

The design of this course is excellent, but unfortunately right now the fairways are missing a lot of grass and the greens have lots of little patches of po or weeds

Greens are acceptable. Rest of course is in horrendous shape. Used to be a quality course, but has fallen into the goat track category. They have no business charging any more than $30 during peak times, but somehow find it okay to charge $80. Close it down for a year until it’s back to playable or drop the rates is my only suggestion.

I play there quite a bit. The course needs work, but it's playable. The cart guys and the front desk are always professional with great attitudes. Makes you not mind the process. Thanks.

Needs water. When the growing season gets here need to get rid of the weeds growing in the greens.

First time to play at this course and while it is a challenging course, I had a great time. The number of sand traps as a horror for me, but also required me to consider layups instead of trying to power the shots over them. A great value for the price!

Fairly difficult course - made especially so by more than 100 large bunkers. Greens were fast. Fairways a little thin on grass.
