Oakwood Golf Club

This course has been closed for well over a year. Why are there still tee times listed?

Our group has always enjoyed playing Oakwood. However, the course condition has really gone down badly. Some fairways have absolutely no grass. The greens are in pitiful condition. This has been one of our favorite courses in the past, but I cannot recommend it to anyone at this time. Hopefully, management will take steps to improve the overall condition of this course very soon. The $ rate was very good but still not worth playing under these conditions.

It is a shame that the fairways and greens are so unkempt because it has a nice layout with pretty cart pathways and scenery. There’s an on-site restaurant with a porch for seating

Tee box’s are a little rough greens are okay but for the money it was a good course to play

No maintenance or watering of this course very poor playing conditions. Avoid this course till it is better maintained.

Terrible condition driving range is essentially a bunker. Cours is over grown and sprinklers spray you down mid round

Most of course is not in good shape. Very little watering and greens not well kept.

Needs more water applied. Avge condition. Fairways were kinda sparse. Very nice layout.

Course needs a lot of work. Greens have bare spots, tees don't have grass, and no yardage markers.

I like the layout and the wilderness. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But the greens need a lot of work. The 9th is the worst. It’s just a chalk outline circle not really a green. If they can get the damage/dead spots cleaned up and the 9th hole an actual green this would be a great course. I hope to come back in next few months. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this course with the current condition of the greens.
