Good course
Good all round course was waiting behind someone all way but really good
Good course and great value
Our fourball played Bradley Park a couple of days ago. The course was in very good condition and the greens were excellent. The first cut of rough could have been a little shorter but otherwise no complaints . At £23 per player this was excellent value for money. The course is tight with some narrow fairways and blind tee shots. Definitely one to play a few times before you know your way around it. Its a bit hilly in places but easily walkable for most. Our fourball were all in our late 60's/early 70's and managed walking easily. Highly recommended!

I have played here many times and on this occaision i was diiappointed .Mainly due to fact on arrival iwas told the coirse was very busy .Having booked on with golf now app and paid for a 1.04 tee time i was asked if i would move to 4.05 .The reason being i had booked through golf now and not through there website .To me i had booked on and i wasnt changing they said they had put someone else with us i wasnt bothered about that but when i got to first tee there was 2 5 balls in front of us plus a socierty in front so progress was very slow .I have rang golf now to report the issue so hope that helps people
The course is well set out and very challenging for a novice like me, I hope to play it again with a view to continuing to improve my game and score,
The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly,
This is a course well worth playing,
Bad
Can't believe they are charging summer prices for a course that is in mid winter condition!! Its still wet and boggy and balls are still plugging on the fairways!! The greens are patchy and bobbly the flag positions are on the edges of the greens in the hope you wont go on the greens!! This is a great course in the summer and one of the best I think in Huddersfield but clearly its all about money it needed closing for a bit to recover from a poor winter but worse of all is they are renting buggies out even though the course is not up to them as its so wet!! Was gutted yesterday playing it to see how bad it is. ive played a few courses all winter and this is by far the worse course conditions ive played and we are nearly in May. It needs some sun and some major care 1st thing stop renting buggies out!!
Absolute belter
For £15 and a municipal course, it has to be one of the best around. Some cracking holes that you wouldn’t expect for the price. Will be back as it’s only 10 minutes from work. Hats off to all involved in the upkeep of the course.
Good course to say it's council run
Got there and the young lad in the shop was really polite and helpful. Course was playing off winter tees as to be expected, the fairways were a bit soft and boggy in some places and the ball would plug. The greens however were smooth hard and decent speed.
Played this course as my current course had a comp on and I wasn't disappointed. It was march after a lot of rain so expected it to be wet but it was better than expected.
Enjoyable
First time at Bradley Park and overall our experience was good. The course was challenging and hilly in places. It was in good condition considering the awful wet weather we have had lately.
Our only complaint was, and it’s a massive complaint is there was no water in the clubhouse. We were 2 men and two women visiting for the first time and we had traveled quite a long way to get there. Naturally we needed the toilet before we set off but the ladies was locked up and we were told the water was switched off as there was a problem. The bar lady opened the toilets to let us in but they didn’t flush afterwards. In my opinion I don’t know how they could be open with no water available.
Interesting layout, but avoid in wet conditions
Have played here several times previously and find it an interesting layout. On this occasion, The course was extremely soggy after recent rain. I think it is fair to say that it was the muddiest course conditions I’ve experienced in almost 40 years of playing golf! If this was a private members club I don’t think a green keeper would have allowed it to remain open.
A great course
A good course with some challenging hills which make it better. Plenty of space between golfers, so nopne had to wait for the ones in fromt. No rush to get round.
Banging course very testing advice to not play in winter tho very muddy on places but they do have air pressure facilties after the 18th hole so yeah banging course ....
Donny golf tour
First time at Bradley park we all said if it wasn’t boggy the course was brilliant very different holes various up and downhill greens were some of the best this season lovely parkland course we will be back Bradley thank you see you nxt year
A good testing course
Played last week didn't get to finish as we started late on but was good course just mind tge bunker on the first hole to right..will definitely be going back weather permitting...
Great local course
For a council run course it’s really good greens are challenging and well looked after. Only issue is it’s so busy and there is a big bottleneck at 6/7 can cause a massive traffic jam but I still enjoy playing it
Excellent Course
We haven't played here for a while due to being members at another club. The staff in the pro shop were extremely friendly and helpful. The course was in great condition for the time of year and even though we're behind several four balls we We went round in 4 hours. Will be back very soon.
Excellent value for money
I have played a number of courses across Yorkshire recently and this course is by far the best value for money. Intresting course, well presented nice club house it was a really nice surprise to find such a good course for such good value.
