Kern River Golf Course

I understand revenue is important for a business but they should let you know when booking a tee time that that the greens are being punched and you have to play the same nine twice. Pace of play slows down with so many players on one nine. Let people know so they can decide if they want to play the same nine twice and have a longer round.

Always good to golf, eat, and drink ext to Lake Ming.

Course has been kept in very good condition, although the golfers there have very poor etiquette and respect for the course as they are real quick to leave their divots in the greens and drive the carts where they shouldn’t be

I really like this course but I’ve played here over 20 times and never finished a 4 hour round. They over book and don’t monitor pace. This last round I played I left at 5 hours and skipped over three holes. At the first tee there was a group with 12 people waiting to tee off 7 minutes before my tee time. I ask the pro if we were backed up already(clearly we were) and he said “no, that’s just the … group, they play fast.” I won’t be playing here again unless for a tournament.

Beautiful day to play some golf. Food and service is always great! Life is the best when fixing your own divots and others. We should be proud to make them, why not fix them.

Being in 100’s plus for weeks, greens were awesome , fairways great condition, overall August Summer course conditions 9/10, the new water coolers they put in around the course, well appreciate. Thx guys

Short and long par 3s and par 4s. Greens are nice for public course. Wish they fixed the sand traps. Mostly heavy and wet sand.

Enjoyed playing here! Great course layout and wonderful staff. There buffalo chicken wraps are delicious!🤤
