Course Isnt Up to Par as before
Greens were sandy, areas drying up, patches of dirt everywere. Some tee bixes had no markers, its like they gave up on that course.
Conditions bad
Played this course at least 6 times before, this is the worst condition I have seen it in, very dry with many dirt and gravel areas. It’s like maintenance just gave up on it
Fun to play a changing track
Course is in better condition everytime I play it. Greens fees are a little expensive but it is a fun course to play. Really good greens and traps have gotten much better..
Good drainage
After rain, it drains quickly and it is not required for carts to stay in cartpath only.
Best overall value in the valley!!
From the first tee to the final putt, you’re not gonna find a better deal than TracyGCC. In the past there have been some issues with course conditions but the staff have been working tirelessly on improving the course and amenities. If you’re concerned about the waste areas, they’re there for a reason. Too many valley courses have been closed due to the expense of water. So what they’re dry, the fairway isn’t. The playing areas are well maintained so yeah. I have also noticed recently the water hazards are looking more like water features, much prettier than even I first came here. Though I belong to another local club, I play consistently here and will for a long time.
Good Value
Only real downside was the driving range mats were really old and worn and golf carts are a bit older. Otherwise I really enjoyed the layout and experience.
Course maintenance, pace of play
Course not mowed, they allow five person group behind us, kept pushing us when we were still on time.
Great day
Only issue was sand traps with water and not sufficient amount of sand.

Fun Course!
Had a great time playing Tracy CC. Tees and fairways were a little rough in spots, but the greens were perfect! Thanks for a fun day.
My issue is with golf now I am unable to get my 100 points for checking in to my rounds? This has happened on my last 6 rounds?
