Tight Fairways
Tight fairways with roads and homes creates good mental tension.
Great course
Looks like they have cleaned the course quite a bit and got rid of the geese somehow. The fairways are good and the dance floor great!!!

Rob Roy
This course is one of our go to when we want to play nine holes. The layout offers challenges for all levels of players. Hole number 5 is our nemesis hole. We have yet to conquer this one. But we will keep trying. This course is walkable with the holes being relatively close. We are always looking forward to the next time that we will be back to play.

The course is in nice shape, slow round but what do you expect if you plan the weekends?
Slow pace no rangers
Slow pace always backed up. Sand traps have plain dirt in the no sand at all . 15 minute wait time every hole berth slow pace
Rob Roy golf club
Rob Roy is a community course, sporty and ideal for a quick 9 holes. Though played after heavy rains it’s unfair for such assessment since grass and greens probably were not mowed as normal.
Yes boxes need some trimming and need reseeding and care. Sand traps need raking, hazards need sticks and most importantly treed overhanging tee boxes and greens with lengthy branches need to be cut. I challenge anyone to hit a 9th hole approach shot and pin on the left side to hit the green without hitting the overhanging tree branches.
I’ll play it weekly due to being in a friendly league but I would not go out of my way to play Rob Roy let alone twice to get 18 holes.
Early Season Golf
Course is in great condition overall for this early on the season. Bunkers could use some work. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were in good shape.
