Do not book a tee time here
Wednesday morning round turned in to 6 hour round. No Ranger to keep golfers moving. No on site management. Only college aged males on site.
I haves played in outings that weren’t faster faster
One of the hottest days of the year and no water on the course???
Played nicely but alot of money for the course.
No water was a bad thing!
At least supply water on the hottest day of the year!
Old value
The course is outdated. They need new carts, No food inside as their website has not been updated in years. Just a Galway house on the 10th hole. Paid 50.00 which is too much for this course.
Noce little gem
Played the course for the first time ever. Find the fairways to be in great shape. The rough to be not bad manageable. Sand traps were light and fluffy and very easy to come out of. Greens were receptive and quick. Overall had a great experience at old orchard shot a forty forty for a total of eighty. It's a great little short course.
Nice mature old style course
Got a HotDeal on a course that none of us had played before. It was quite a haul from our western suburban location with construction on route 53, but worth the trip. It was a cool windy day, but not bad for this time of year. The course is only a par 70, so it plays a lot longer than the scorecard would indicate. We moved up to the Green tees and glad we did. There are lots of water hazards with a few streams crossing the fairway, which forces you to lay up. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were in great shape and it's a beautiful course with lots of mature trees. The rough was thick and lush. Had the best golf course hot dog at the turn and stopped for a beer in the fancy clubhouse after the round. I wish it was closer, but we'll probably return later in the year.
