Great place to play.
We had a great round of golf. Play was a little slow on the front due to league play. Back was wide open.
A Little Rough
Course was extremely dry and rough. Fairways had not filled in yet from winter, a lot of patchy areas. Greens were still in rough condition from aerating and sanding. Greens were also very hard and dry, Puts bounced all over the place and skipped on sand.

Good value, friendly staff
Good value, friendly staff, greens in good shape, some fairways need work, 2nd hole has a very narrow fairway, sloped to a big drop off. I enjoyed the round and would play again if I’m in the area.

Beautiful old course
This course is 50 years old with beautiful views of the mountains and Lake Chatuge. In the spring the dogwoods, mountain laurels and rhododendrons are in full bloom.
If you enjoy golf this is a must course to play. The fees are very reasonable. Staff is friendly and courteous.
Great value, friendly staff
Played in early March and of course Bermuda was still brown and dormant. Course plays hilly with many blind shots to the green. Very fair and great views of Lake Chatuge.

Great price, nice course.
Well designed but play it more than once. Some tricky holes.
Just a Little More and it would be great! But go! It's fun!
Really friendly people at desk...but just a a few dollars spent and it would be very nice...I.e. the pation, outside area and inside clubhouse to make it more inviting. Course is long, but fun, a few slopes but makes it a challenge....A good Mountain course...
The course was in good shape except the greens. Many greens had crabgrass growing all over them.

Chatuge Shores
Good round of golf. The course was laid out well, greens were nice but fairways were spotty with crab grass and weeds. Overall a fun day at the course.
Plays longer
Unless you are along off the tee. I hit my driver around 225/230 and did not reach top of the hills White tees 6147. Greens were great although a little slow compared to my home course.
need to open facilities in club house. Fun course in great shape
