About
Lincoln Country Club has a scenic landscape of hardwood forests and meandering creeks. Although it might not seem like anything special on first glance, the golf course is actually one of the area's hidden gems. The traditional design has a surprisingly formidable test. The challenging golf course has a front nine with tree-lined fairways and small greens that demand accuracy. While the back nine is more open, it's no less challenging. Shot placement will still be an important factor when maneuvering the greens. Ponds and creeks come into play throughout and there are strategically placed bunkers lurking along many of the greensides. The Lincoln Country Club golf course finishes with a tough par 4 that demands an accurate tee shot with out-of-bounds on the right and a creek on the left. Don't underestimate the undulating green, it has seen many three-putts in its time.

Great deal for the price just real slow
The place was very nice. Staff was friendly and the course is well taken care of!! The only down side is there are no ball washing stations and the restaurant staff is kinda slow. We waited 35 mins for 2 hotdogs and 2 burgers. We were later to our tee time but we had fun
Pace of play
Once again played on a nice weather day and hasn't rained in weeks and they have carts on path. Course wasn't even crowded and this causes the pace of play to be at a craw. Expect to play 5-6+ hours if you want to play 18. Honestly makes playing not even fun waiting 5 minutes for every shot. Might as well not even have carts at this course and just be walking only.
Improved
First time since bermuda greens added. Great job as these greens are nice. This was a smart move that definitely improved this course. Can't really find any negatives except for the design ollf a few holes. The greens will bring me back.
Ranger Danger
Need to have a ranger or 2 during this early season to make sure that folks obey the “Cart “Path Obly “ rules.
Otherwise the grass won’t grow in during the summer !!!
Golf
Extremely slow pace of play. Cart path only even though course was dry added to the slow pace. Everything else was good
Course condition.
Recent rains had course at cart path only. Greens in good condition. Some pin placement made it almost impossible for your ball to hold the green when above the hole. i.e. 18. Sand traps hard with hardly any sand. I like the course layout. Actually the course wasn't that soft. The front 9 has new paving on cart path. Very nice!
Worth the drive.
My son and I played this old style , worth the money . Fairway have gone dormant, but the greens were punch a while back .
Requires accurate shots
Fairway and roughs in good condition, with roughs generally long and dense enough to inflect a penalty. Sand traps hard packed. Greens rolled true, were medium speed, did not hold the approach shot well (fairly hard).
Well maintained course
Fairways and roughs in good shape. Some roughs were thick and tall, making finding your ball difficult. Sand traps were not deep raked, providing a hard packed surface, even after the ground crew pulled a plate over the surface. Greens putted true, were medium speed, did not hold the approach shot well.
Decent course, ok greens
I think the greens are decent. Design is ok except for #18. Cart paths on the back nine are very narrow. Driving range is beat up. Worth the deals on Golfnow.
Pace of play was slow. Paid for 18 holes and only played 9. No ranger on course to speed up play. Slower groups didn’t wave faster groups or twosomes through.
