Great layout with lots of interesting holes…classic mountain layout.

Staff members were great.

GOURS NEEDS SOME SERIOUS CARE! Traps are a mess and greens need proper care and mowing.Course could be great with proper attention.

Fun layout with great mountain golf vistas. Some of the greens were in rough shape due to moisture. The ball goes al long way at that elevation which is a lot of fun

We enjoyed it.. beautiful views and elevation changes, a lot of fun holes, and the price was higher than the golf course deserved given the conditions but…. My wife and I had a really good time.. hit some good shots, kept the expectations low.. the greens are not even worth putting but it’s golf, it’s beautiful out there, people are really nice..don’t think I’ll go again but for that one day.. we had fun..if you’re in the area and don’t have chess to a private course, it’s a nice way to spend a morning..

Sequoia National worth the drive

We played Sapphire National a half hour ago and left after 2 holes because the course was absolutely in terrible condition. The website shows majestic hole-by-hole pictures which looked nothing like we experienced this morning! This course has completely went downhill since it's supposedly 4 1/2 star rating. Total disappointment and no offer of reimbursement!

No sand trap racks on course

Wash out bunkers all and weed growing in them

Tee Boxes had no grass just weed grass

Greens were dying need water and need

To be punched and top dressing.

Number 14 par 3 green had pop from the ducks and you had to putt over it.The whole green covered.

I have played golf for 58 years the worst course.

Came here 25 years ago and it was a very nice course and I played it many times. Since then it has been literally run into the ground. It will cost $millions to get it to a respectable condition and then it needs to be maintained daily like all good golf courses are. Current condition is unplayable Period. They don’t cut the fairways, no sand in bunkers, no grass on tee boxes, and greens are not playable. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Oh, and the staff are not in the right business either.

You can tell the course was a dream to play in its hay day. Just run down. Weeds everywhere. Traps over grown and not maintained. For $80 plus normal rate you expect an experience that will wow you. Looking at the website pictures and the price to play you get excited. The grounds are some of the worst I have ever seen.. I sure hope someone can get this place back on track.

Course conditions abysmal! Greens scalped; putting on dirt. Fairways mostly cut weeds. Terrible value. We won’t be returning.

The course was not well kept due to lack of employees able to take care of it!!-Staff was pleasant but they need to get more people to take care of the course!!
