Good Course
St. Denis is a very nice and pleasant course. Not very long even from the tips, but it is green and maintained. Only complaint, was that the greens are really slow. all par 5's are reachable in two. Some really nice par 3's. And one or two driveable par 4's. St. Denis makes for a nice afternoon, or morning.

Very scenic course with varied terrain and many beautiful holes.
Course was in great shape, although they had just aerated the tee boxes just before our round. Course has nice yardage and some spectacularly beautiful holes. Reasonably wide fairways are forgiving on most holes as well. Greens and fairways were in excellent shape. Concrete cart paths were also very nice -- and very unusual. All in all, a course that is well deserving of a high rating.
Bad course and worse staff
Probably the worst managed golf course I have ever been to. I will never go back to this goat pasture.
St Dennis is a great course in very good condition
St Dennis is a great course with an interesting layout and in very good condition. The staff is friendly and they do a very good job in making you feel welcome. It is worth the drive to play the course and enjoy the rolling hills of Chardon. My wife and I had a very pleasant round and will be back.
Must play course in Geauga County.
This course was in great condition. I haven't played the course in 10 years. Best condition I can ever remember. Used to play it a few times a year. Staff was very courteous. Great price on GOLFNOW. Will be back again soon to play it again !!!!

A good afternoon
I got one of the "hot deals" at St. Denis, and was very happy I did. The staff showed its friendliness even before I got there: halfway to Chardon, I realized I forgot my clubs, zipped home, and arrived over twenty minutes past my time. The pro shop, however, told me it's no problem and that they'd squeeze me out with enough time to make the turn before the leagues went out (very accommodating).
The course itself was nice enough. It's been a rough few weeks in northeast Ohio (first heavy rains, then a sweltering heat wave), but the course played well enough. The greens were very slow, but they had just finished watering when I went through (2:04 tee time).
Again, for the $14.00 hot deal tee time, this was a great afternoon. The friendly staff and a real effort to maintain the course despite brutal weather conditions combined to make this a fun place to play
Fast play
Went on a last minute whim to get some practice in. The great price on golfnow made it irresistible. Have never played here before but the course was in nice shape and the layout kept it interesting. Wish they had a yardage book though. Foursome in front of me on front nine did not acknowledge me to let me play through even though I was a single but you can't really fault the course for that. Passed them by at the turn so it worked out. I would go play here again.

It's in very good condition. Several challenging holes.
Classic course
Nice course, good condition, #1 had some range, middle fairway. odd placement for the range. Plays very well, forgiving.
True to its advertisement
I played this course for the first time on June 22, 2013 after reading its advertisement in Golfnow. The course is true to its description: the entire course has paved cart paths, the fairways and greens are well maintained and the rangers keep decent pace of play. The course is set on rolling hills making most of the fairways uneven and it is a long course even from the forward tees. Still, it is not unduly difficult and presents some interesting and fun challenges.
Great Value
Greens were a little slow due to damp conditions. In good shape overall. Probably a little easier than Chardon lakes but great value for the hot deal price.

Concrete paths, nice fairways. Greens faster than previous. Great experience for the price.
