Amazing course in Cleveland area.
The first thing I'd say is the course was amazing. The staff were great and the course very challenging. You could use a variety of shots and clubs throughout your round. The course like all great courses rewards quality shots while penalizes bad shots. You have some room for error but no room for very bad shots. All in all a very enjoyable but challenging course. If you have the chance to play...take it.
Beautiful
I chose this course for its ranking as the first in Ohio to receive the Audubon International Signature Wildlife Sanctuary status. My sons were in on the game for the challenge of playing one of Ohio's best. Our terrific forecaddie was adept at interlacing course history for me with shot strategy tips for them during the round. Opened in 1998, Sandridge is Fazio's first Ohio course and it's spectacular. The 370-acre property includes five wetlands, lovely panoramic views, and challenging but fair golf. What a wonderful way to spend a day!
